Another IMPOSSIBLE Gucci Project Done! (UNBELIEVABLE Transformation)
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
When these GUCCI shoes came in I had no idea what I could do. They were sent from the Bahamas in hopes I could figure something out. Customer said I’ve seen what you do so I’m sure you can figure something out.🤣🤣I’m glad he had the confidence which I was lacking looking over the shoes. Well I always say “anything is possible” and once more I thing they turned out pretty good. I thought it was an impossible project but I figured something out.
This was $535 project

If you say no, others will not learn from you, then they won't able to say yes.
You know why you get into this? You take on an impossible project, and then you deliver results that are phenomenal. It then inspires everyone to send you an even more impossible job... Congrats on your absolute super power! Chris In Norway (PS everyone loves my blue Florshiems you restored last year for me)

You make it sound like you get bamboozled into accepting challenging projects but we all know that you take these on to show variety and to further demonstrate your elite cobbler skills. You never fail to deliver and entertain.
I was astounded by the result you achieved; it wasn't just the craftsmanship, the creativity and problem solving can only come from years and years 'on the tools'.
Steve just know your an inspiration. Your doing the hard jobs so people will see it can be done. I recently rewelted and soled my first pair of boots. Im also learning hide tanning to start making leather items. You really did inspire me to try new things.

Inspiring g me to try my hand at shoe repair (soon) too. But its jobs like this that cause a little hesitation. It's too bad these and other OEM soles arent available to purchase. I really really hate to discard a KEEN huker for example with a worn sole but excellent upper.
I used to think trenton&heath was the better channel because the channel feels more accessible but the skill and expertise at display here is crazy good and Steve consistently makes what looks at first glance to be an impossible repair happen.
To quote Tom Hanks (from the movie, 'A League of our Own'): "It's supposed to be hard; if it were easy everyone would do it. It's the hard that makes it GREAT!" Steve, that's an absolutely GREAT job!! 👏🏾
Great job.. i was thinking those would end up in the trash...but you saved them. I think you like the challenge...but remember, its ok to say NO..Lol hang in there..your videos make my day
The impossible you do immediately, but miracles take a little longer. Steve, you have what it takes and do it to perfection. As usual, great video.
Let's continue 👍💫
You are an amazing Craftsman! When I saw this pair in the beginning, I thought, just throw them out. You made them better looking and much stronger than Gucci did! Great work! If I lived in your area, I'd come in and help out any way I could!
I’ve been watching your channel for well over 4 years and yet I’m always amazed at your creativity and talent. It’s such tedious work and you make it look so easy. Okay, let’s continue 😅
I am glad you did not refuse that job. Those shoes came out far better that new. Another masterful job by a master of his craft.
Hey Steve O , you brought those shoes back from the Land of the Dead . You're definitely a Miracle Worker . Have a Nice day .
Don't say NOOOO,come on mannnn,we love to see you doing your magic on this kind of projects...!
You did a great job, Steve, I hope the customer liked them!
You really are amazing Steve.....it's projects like this where you shine the most....
As I approach 73 yrs it's does get harder to maintain u younguns on utube..but uve given me a reason to go on..wisdom wisdom is what u seek...person asks u hav u herd of harvey post..u answer ..u can do it........
Truly amazing, I wish I had you in my city!
Oh boy, have I been there. Your brain says "no no no" and out of your mouth comes "oh, I think maybe", and you're committed. It is the kind of madness sensible trades people manage to avoid. And despite it all, we do it again next time. Thanks for posting Steve.
Rance here, that’s got to be one of your best “NAIL BITTER” shoe rebuild that I’ve seen on your video presentations…very well thought out before the job was started!
Excellent job on the Gucci project. I hope the owner really appreciated your work. Better than originals!
Saying NO, as a craftsman is hard, cus you "know" you should be able to do the job. But that is the journey, the craft, is the journey. Bless you for trying. Bless you.
I’ll take “why didn’t I say no for 500”. Love the work. Love the Jeopardy tune whistle.
the way you have to backwards engineer a shoe is amazing 👏 great as always

Steve, I really was thinking these weren’t going to come out too well, but you did a fantastic job! I really like the final look.. tremendous!
I was thinking how is he gonna fix this? Donor sole maybe, but you surprised me absolutely amazing! You are a true master of your craft!
You are the best and you make the impossible possible. You're the man!
I have to say they look a lot better than the original design. Simple yet on point!
Your tenacity and dedication to excellent customer service are more inspiring than you could imagine.
I’m always amazed by your creativity, innovation and craftsmanship! Amazing job!
At first i thought this was turning into semi traditional boat shoe. But the cross between loafer and athletic oxford is well recieved. Great craftsmanship as always!!
Bedo! glad you showed up on my feed again....always enjoy your videos.
Steve, as always you blow our minds with your innovative approach to problems - you the man Steve! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Steve, amazing job! Anything is possible and you prove it every video!
Wholly mollie that was crazy tricky and turned out absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! You are a true master craftsman magician shoe ninja!!!
Thank you for what you do. I enjoy watching you work, and also learn from your videos.
Absolutely stunning! It’s a true treat watching such an amazing master craftsman at work. Thanks for making these videos and sharing.
You never cease to amaze me! You are definitely a master in your trade! The shoes turned out great!
Your knowledge of your craft is incredible because you work thinking out of the box and the results are incredible, have a happy new year 2023 and keep going on 👍🏼🙏🏼

Amazing job Steve ... and I love your coffee time 😂😂😂😂!
Lmao. This was great. I was worried at first then you proved, once again, that you are a master at this.
I woill definitely be sending my Gucci shoes to YOU for resolving! Absolutely incredible!
Wow; Just when I thought we had seen it all. Really creative - imaginative . Thanks for sharing. Steve you’re a real craftsman.
You wanted to say no, then turned right around and made it look so easy. Brilliant work! 💯💯💯
Steve, Absolutely amazing transformation ! Love you new tool, A.K.A., a piece of broken glass. All the best and thanks for the video.
Steve you love the tough jobs! And as always an amazing transformation!😃
I didn’t know what to expect but you did it again. Great job!!!
Thank you very much! Liked, subscribed and shared. My absolute favorite KZread channel by far.
You sir have the patience of a saint......your skill level is off the charts! Wonderful to watch. HNY from the UK.😊
You are constantly amazing!!! Wish I still lived nearby to come and have some coffee with you, hopefully in the Fall. Take care, Steve. Always nice to see you!! Nat
You are amazing Steve. Thanks for making this video.
My favorite videos are the unusual repairs. Mostly because I can only watch you put a new sole on a standard pair of men's dress shoes so many times no matter how entertaining you make it.
Your skills are truly amazing! I hope that you are teaching other people how to do the things that you do in your shop. These are skills that you have to pass on to other generations and continue your legacy. Congratulations on another amazing project!
Wow what an incredible outcome brilliant Steve love the ending another what I got myself into project. 🤣
Mr. Bedo you do some kick ass work! These Gucci shoes came out to be a work of art👍
Love your never say die attitude. Much love from the 🇬🇧
The end result was amazing Steve! Thanks for sharing.
Steve, you are amazing at your craft.. I love watching you turn something that looks like it belongs in the thrash into a work of art.
Shoe master. Love watching your project
Well, after that hot mess my hiking boots would be a walk in the park……don’t say no! Great job
you are a craftsman and an artist. That was a pleasure to watch, another great job.
Another amazing job Steveroo...! Those Gucci's look brand new now...! 5 STARS PLUS...!
Steve you are the master! Amazing work!
Hi Steve,,....NO to saying NO....if so we wouldn't have the absolute PLEASURE of your company and teachings. I wish you and yours a very happy and healthy New Year. Much love from the UK😁👍
Amazing job steve! We love your work and send you our best wishes of health & waelth from Montreal!
Again, Outstanding work 👏 👏👏 for 2023. Thank you 💫
Despite your complaints, I knew you were coming out with something really nice !!! Great Job!!!
Steve is as good as they come. Master Re-craftsman. He knows his stuff and he always finds a way!
Absolute genius. Great work Bedo
Wow! You are a true Artisan!!
As usual I am impressed! Very good job!!
As I've mentioned in the past, you really are a true inspiration, especially for someone like me who works with his hands as well (I rebuild/refurbish computers). After watching your outstanding and very creative method of restoring an otherwise "to the dumpster with you!" pair of shoes, I will take the liberty of saying what the "real" challenge was with this project (and that while I am certain you knew all along but of course as the professional you are, did not mention on camera); THOSE WERE JUST A CHEAPLY MADE PAIR OF SHOES!! 😅 Oh my goodness! While watching you deconstruct the shoe and seeing the materials exposed along with "how it was put together", I'm sitting here thinking to myself, "The manufacturer hired a class of third graders to construct these shoes for them then went and sold them for $400.00 plus dollars just because of their brand name!" 🤣 Again and again I applaud you Sir, you made a pair of shoes far more reputable in your finished product then what they were out of the factory, BRAVO!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
Perfect 🤩…..amazing transformation. Let’s continue 👍🏽
amazing work. gorgeous result. If you had said no, we would not have witness this crazy transformation! love your videos!
I'm in business, and you are the same as me, you have got the reputation of saying yes, when others would say no, it's a great trait and is what keeps you in business
Wow! Fantastic work. What a transformation!
Awesome work! Love watching your processes.
I don't normally watch the shoe projects as much as the bags but this one was an enjoyable watch. Nice work!
Hi Steve, good to see you again, your videos are so educational and relaxing. I've been away again in the hospital, then convalescing in Florida, doctor wanted me to heal up at a warmer climate. I was teetering on the edge this time but the old body's not quite ready to call it quits quite yet. You are certainly a miracle worked, the way you came up with a fix for those shoes was fascinating, great work young man! I hope you and your family are doing well Steve, God bless you all, stay safe my friend.
It’s these type of challenge jobs that motivate skilled workers & break the boredom. Beautiful work Steve …..
Wow! Amazing result like always. Please keep saying, yes!
I hear you Steve, I need to learn to say NO sometimes too! Custom leather work can get you into some difficult situations! Awesome work as always though brotha!
Great stuff, Steve! Genius.
Gorgeous end result. I really wish to know someone like you near me. You do impossible things. Way to go!
Great job reminded me of my grandpa he also used a piece of glass to scrape. You are wonderful, greetings from Barcelona Spain
Thanks for the video and the laughs!
As a skilled craftsmen myself saying no is wonderful, but there's nothing to learn from saying no . And by saying no, I don't get even more skilled. Amazing work in the end !
Happy New Year!!! Stunning shoes!!!!! Standing ovation!!! 👏👏👏
I’m going to send you my letterman jacket from high school. Mouse chewed the Trojan head and letter on the back. 😬 Nice ending! Haha!
Steve, you continue to amaze me!
I never doubted the master! Nice work sir!
Me when you show the first shot of the finished project: 😲. Me 10 minutes later: 😲. Me the next day: 😲. Holy crap Steve, that was an amazing job! Wow!
don't say no, just charge a higher price. if the customer is willing to pay, then you make out in the deal, if not, no sweat off your back. nothing wrong with charging more if the job is more labor intensive.
Awe inspiring! You are amazing!
My friend bravo for a impressive work 🙌🏻, this is for the man who loves the challenge of doing impossibles possible! Cheers 🍻
Steve we know that it´s not impossible project for you 😉. Nice work as allways. Thanks for sharing.
Outstanding final outcome. Well done.
Fantastic job Steve!
