Everyone talks about what Patrick did against Buffalo acts like it’s never been done before! Which was to tie the game with 13 seconds left and a timeout from the 25 I believe!!! Welll yes I e seen it done before except this is even better!! Years ago in Matt Ryan’s early career his first or second year maybe 3rd at most but Atlanta was losing by 2 or something and there was only 11 seconds left and he had no timeouts against the Bears and he threw a dime to Jenkins on the sideline and it left 1 second and Atlanta kicked the FG to win!!! I get so tired of everyone saying this this hasn’t happened and all the crazy plays Mahomes makes and they act like it’s never been done when in fact I’m sure all of it has been done and it’s been done numerous times!!! All these QBs have play the position their whole lives so most can do what the others can do sure some can run better and some have stronger arms but almost every one can throw it side arm or no look or can add lib just like the rest!! I’m no way near as athletic as they are but I can throw it to just like them without the velocity of course but I e thrown a ball my whole life so anyone that has even the smallest bit of athleticism can do it!!!’ So please just stop acting like it’s so rare to do things QBs have been doing since the beginning of football!!!

Also when Ryan did it he started at the 20 yard line cause that was the rules back then so Patrick had 5 more yards and a timeout to tie and Ryan had 11 and no timeouts without a Hill or a Kielce also and it was to win the game

They'd knock the wind out of him for sure, but who of today's QBs would stand a chance against those great Patriots, Steelers, Bucs or Ravens defenses of the 2000s? Also, Pat has been really methodical this year and threw a lot of 15-20 yard passes but his highlights are so ridiculous that they still determine his overall image.

Joe made the super bowl in his second year, less than a year removed from a gruesome ACL/MCL tear, and has a chance to make it again in his third. Joe didn't have to come back against the titans or raiders and unfortunately couldn't get it done against the Rams, but he did have a historically bad offensive line. We will see what they both do this year.

I am a patriots fan so I definitely have a soft spot for Brady, but these young kids are really good. I won't be as invested because they don't play for my team, but pumped to watch mahomes, burrow, and Allen go at for years. Hopefully Lawrence gets in the discussion as well. Despite what the statistics say burrow is clutch, that kid doesn't get rattled, and doesn't crumble in big moments. Same deal with mahomes. What an exciting time to be a football fan, so much young talent at the QB position.

That is the only “argument” Burrow fans have. It’s such a bad one. Burrow and Mahomes aren’t on the field at the same time. Bengals defense is top 10. Chiefs defense isn’t too 20. Mahomes has more yards, TDs, wins, and the same amount of INT than Burrow. And don’t even try to make the argument because the Bengals Bills game was canceled. He was 775 yards short of Mahomes and 6 TDs shy of Mahomes. That’s about 3 games worth of stats, 2 if the Bills game was rescheduled.

Skip needs to come back to REALITY, he hates Mahomes and will nit-pick everything about him. He definitely has made himself look foolish all over national radio & TV. Ty Sahy for seeing the truth!

There is a lot to be said for the person doing it longer because it is easier to have better stats when you have less chances to f* up. Looking at percentages is not a fair comparison when the people you’re comparing have significantly different number of attempts / chances. I bet there are a ton of QBs that nobody knows about that have a 100% clutch percentages or close to that just because they didn’t get any more opportunities.

No player has done more with less like Mahomes has. Josh Allen has Gabe Davis and Stefon Diggs and a top 10 defense, Joe Burrow has Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, and Ja'marr Chase and a top 10 defense. Two of Burrow's receivers are over 1000 yards (Ja'Marr Chase is in his second pro bowl). Mahomes two receivers are under 1000 yards and less than 10 touchdowns, with Kelce being the only Pro Bowl pass catcher in his arsenal. Yet, Mahomes has lead his team to a 14-3 record and has thrown for 41 touchdowns and over 5000 yards. I don't understand why Skip keeps hyping up Brady this year, when his offense is underperforming and I understand that it is not entirely his fault but the fact remains, one of those two has only lost 3 games this year all close.
