I know this is for fun and stuff, but when they tell you to turn off your phone (usually during taking off and landing) it is very serious. The electromagnetic fields or whatever your phone gives off can create a problem in the electronic devices of the plane. This is true, in fact airplanes have crashed because of this. So you better turn off your freaking phone for a few minutes.

I remember when I was flying from Florida back to Michigan. I was stuck between 2 toddlers who were the most annoying people ever. First, they were stealing my food, then they ripped my earbuds out, then they start drawing on my shirt with a sharpie. Then they both just laid down on my lap. I put my table down in front of me to sleep on it, and the guy in front of me reclined his seat. So I jerk back and accidentally open up the shade and have sun in my eyes. So I closed it and woke up the toddlers. Then they continued annoying me for the next 8 hours.

My first time on a plane was with my dad. Our seats were separated (he was a seat in front of me) and I wanted to sit next to him since It was my first time flying and being a little nervous. He refused to switch seats, and ended up sitting in his seat and talking to a Mormon for an hour while I was stuck between two middle-aged men talking about power plants and craps. They spied over my shoulder while I read and listened to music, then downgrading my taste in "murder music" (metal) and reading a book that was "encouraging suicidal thoughts, necromancy and dark stuff (it was a god damn biography of Zak Bagans' book Dark World). It was the most uncomfortable thing ever, because I need personal space and HATE being touched, but the guy on my left had no sense of personal space, as he was practically leaning on ME. I had terrible anxiety induced from their interactions.

Actually, having phones on wifi, or on airplane mode, or on in general can mess with the signals with the plane, and things can go bad... :/

you use it after the take-off. They don't mean turn it off for the whole ride, just when they're taking-off.

I know I'm white but I feel bad for them I want to help but I can't cause I'm a kid! I'm sad to say this I just haven't met as many dark people as I have light people so I'm a little more comfterable around them! I think that's the same with other races
