As someone who worked in a drive through for three years I can tell you that the experience is just as stressful on us as it is for you, believe me. I hate to admit that we're all not happy smiley robots, but we're human, and believe me the job is very stressful. I got the rudest, most inconsiderate people in my drive through on a daily basis, got things thrown at me, and was sexually harassed almost daily (I worked the night shift, and the weirdos come out at night). So trust me when I say, us in the drive through sympathize with you when you say the drive through is stressful. It is for us too. I could go into detail, but it would take nine million comments. Keep up the awesome work Superwoman, I love your videos and I hope you keep making more!

Is it just me or does this happen: you are in the passenger seat with your parents in the front. You tell them what you want and they ask you "Which number? Where is it?How much does it cost? Do you know how much fat is in that?" 16 million times. You answer them and they understand. They tell the person at the drive thru what you want and the person asks," And what drink?" You answer with a type of soda and either of your parents say " No you are having water ,you have too much sugar ." And here comes the worst part. They hand the food to your parents and either one of them takes like 3-7 fries WHICH BELONG TO YOU. I swear #thestruggle ☹️

From the way you wrote this, could’ve been a problem with how you phrased. Because -I- honestly can’t figure out what you wanted. The staff aren’t mind readers, you have to make yourself clear.

I can totally relate, so I'm here screaming "give me am effin mac chicken burger" and the woman be like "did you say ice cream?" And I'm like "are you fricking deaf? MAC CHICKEN!" And then she be like "oh a TLC burger? I'll make that right up for you." And before I can even says that's not what I wanted she switched off the thingy voice speaker and I'm here like "WHYYYYYYY"

That is true though! I work at McDs and damn some people are so rude and I swear working at a fast food place makes you realize how dumb some people are.. I mean forreal. I'm not trying to be mean but it's the truth. Once I took an order and this is how it went. I promise this is 100% true. Me:"hello welcome to mcds would you like to try a jalape~o double today?" c:"no can I get a jalape~o double?" "ok" "Can I get 10p.c nugget meal" "will that be bbq sauce for your nuggets?" "uhhhhhhhhhhhh no can I get bbq sauce." "ok will that be a coke for the drink." "nah lemme get a coke" like dude are you not paying any attention to what I am saying?! also people need to understand that through those speakers it's like we can hear EVERYTHING the car behind you, the wind, birds EVERYTHING! and if you are MUMBLING we can't hear shit! so speak the fuck up! and don't come complaining about something we don't have control over. like who the fuck you think I am?? just take it or leave it geeze. also the people that don't order condiments at the speaker and are asking for EVERYTHING at the window...cream, sugar, sauce, another drink, water. like dude order that stuff at the speaker that's what it's there for!! also the thing that she said about people taking forever, that's why when they say give me a minute I say "ok lemme know whenever you're ready." and also what makes me mad are the people that come up to the speaker and be like "hello?" or start ordering like did I greet you>? no? ook then stfu and wait! and that was my rant for the day :)

once we went to mcdonalds for icecream and the lady behind the speaker had such an attitude, and she just wasn't making sence so my dad got super mad and said, " whats wtong with you, you're supposed to be HELPING people here, not akting like you're an idiot. if you don't wanna work than go somewhere else and learn to treat your customers with respect." me and my brothers just sat there thinking, woooooow, did *our* father just say that to someone?...lol so yea we went to another mcdonalds somewhere else after that.

I mean to be fair, maybe she had another customer like your dad and that’s WHY she was upset when your dad showed up. Yelling at staff upsets them, it doesn’t calm them down. Your dad literally made it worse. They are human beings with feelings, not robots. Or you never know. Maybe HER dad had just died that day. At the end of the day you don’t know their story. Honestly I’ve never understood why staff are expected to be happy all the time. They’re paid minimum wage to get screamed at by people like your dad all day. Who would be happy with that?

I hate when they close the restaraunt inside for some reason but they keep the drive thru open when I don't have a car. They start screaming and cursing at me when I walk up to the drive thru. hey people I love the vid super woman! here is an AWESOME fast-food hack, whenever you go to a drive thru (dine in works best I found out) ask for NO SALT on your fries then they will have to make them hot and fresh! and just add salt packs to it! I hope this helps!

Speaking from experience here. Thats makes our jobs a lot harder and you are risking getting your food spat it.

I work in fast food, and to be honest, the only reason we ask people if they are ready is because we have to have the drive thru time under a certain amount of time or the entire store gets in trouble and in some cases, the individual. But, I agree there are rude people on the headset.

I so understand about the first reason

When you go to McDonald's and try to order a "Twelve piece chicken nugget" and you get told, "We only have a six piece and a dozen."

That's because the worker is probably a teenager and doesn't care if they get the order wrong. If they actually cared, your order would be fine.

I was in the drive though at In-and-Out with my mom and my friend GoogleFreak 5 . So we pull up and the window is closed. We were just playing music and my mom was wondering why it wasn't playing so she kept turning the volume up. So the volume is probably at max now and my mom is confused. And then the lady opens the drive-thru window and then the song starts out with a guy yelling, "OH SHIT!!!!!!!" AND IT BLASTS AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE AS THE GIRL IS TELLING US HOW MUCH THE FOOD IS. We started laughing really hard, we were surprised we weren't band from the drive-thru...

Where I live there is a person waiting to take your order and then you drive in front where another person gives you your food so once the order lady was on the phone with someone and just was blabbering something and dropped the coke on my clothes

When I was younger I got a chicken nugget Happy meal from McDonald's, and they didn't even give me my chicken nuggets!!
