Ankles and Hips.
Ankles, knees, and hips.
Ankles, knees, hips, pelvis.
Ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, ribs.
Ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, ribs, neck.
I feel that Feldenkrais practitioners are mixologists of movement that give experiences for people to self-discover. For this week's Feldenkrais cocktail, we return to the inside and outside edges of our feet, and to see if they actually oblige the knees and hips, or facilitate the knees and hips to partner up better to give you fluidity, stability, and pushing and pulling power...
This is another lesson very much inspired by Jeremy Krauss and his teachings of his JKA Method. The JKA is a unique way of helping Special Needs Children and Adults to learn, grow and develop. The primary focus is helping develop potential and abilities - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Thank you so much Paul, your classes are amazing and are helping me to recover from a long time injury I had on my left foot...no doctor could. I am a dancer/ choreographer and I love dancing and explore moving after the precious minimalistic approaches investigated together. I did lot of Feldenkreis in my life but your classes are for me n.1

Hi Paul, just want to say how much I enjoy your your guidance through your very prosaic language. It invites curiosity, but in a kind and gentle way. I am a yoga and mindfulness teacher and counsellor, and I truly benefit on a personal and on a professional level from you work. Thank you so much.

Sorry. Fell asleep during exercise, on the floor, before I could finish right side! This is the second time this happens. Walking around, the right foot feels very fine, though. So thank you.😀

Excellent lesson! In the beginning the big toe of my right foot tended to come off the floor (which it often does), but in the end the weight distribution was much better levelled out. Also coming up to standing and the cloud hands were much more fluid. Thank you!
