CAUSES OF ANKLE PAIN:
Ankle and heel pain is a very common problem. Ankle and heel pain commonly occurs due to various reasons like
1. Sprain and injuries to ankle and foot.
2. Factures of tibia, fibula, malleoli, and tarsal bones.
3. Calluses and corns in the heel or sole of the foot.
4. clawing of toes.
5. fungal infection and ingrown toenails (Paronychia).
6. Gout.
7. Abnormal stress on the foot and toes.
8. Improper footwear with a heel, inadequate arch support, or very tight fit.
9. Rheumatoid arthritis.
10. Achilles tendonitis.
11. navicular fracture.
12. Talar neck fracture.

    डॉक्टर साहब मेरे पास शब्द नहीं है आपको कहने के लिए मेरे लिए तुम भगवान बन कर आए हो। जो दर्द पिछले 3 साल से लगातार फिजियोथेरेपी कराने के बाद भी नहीं ठीक हो रहा था वह दर्द आपकी बताई Exercise से मात्र 1 महीने में 85% ठीक हो गया है. मैं तहे दिल से आपका धन्यवाद करता हूं और आपका आभार व्यक्त करता हूं आपकी वजह से मैं अब दोबारा running कर सकता हूं 🙏🙏🙏🙏
