Core Muscle Training

In this video Physiotherapist Vivek Gaur is giving out the information on Core muscled strengthening, training and exercises.
Core helps to maintain the neutral posture of our spine that is why the core exercises help us tremendously in back pain and in avoiding the same.
Exercises:
1. Lie down on your back and bend both knees. Breathe in deep and while breathing out tighten the abdominal muscles - hold this tightened for 2-3 sec.
2. Lie down on your back and bend both knees. Place one hand under your back, tighten abdominal muscle and press the back against your hand. Hold and repeat 10 times.
TIP: If you have severe back pain then do only these two exercises and visit your Physio immediately. If Mild to moderate pain, then you may continue these exercises further.
3. Hip Raises: Lie down on your back and bend both knees. Tighten abdominal muscles and raise the hip up slightly one inch and hold it up. Repeat 10 times.
4. Knee Planks: Lie down on your stomach. Weight to be taken by elbows and knees and raise your back along with your hip/pelvis- tighten abdominal muscle and hold for 5 sec. Repeat 5-7 times.
