    sir mera 2 mahine pehle shin spline area par fracture ho gaya tha...abhi wo fracture thik ho gaya hain..lekin sir abhi bhi dard hai sath me ankle ki round pe bahat dard hai..fracture running karne se hui thi..stress fracture bola doctor ne..abhi mujhe koi bhi medicine lene ke lye nahi bola
