    Do you have any rehab exercises for total knee replacement? Can neurokinesiolgy help with rehab after a knee replacement?

    We have worked with many TKR clients over the years and there are many things that can help in the rehab process. You can certainly look on this channel for knee exercises, but for your safety make sure to discuss everything with your rehab team before trying them. Best of luck in your rehab!

    Is it fine to do this if it hurts a little bit or should I wait a little longer before doing PT. I sprained my ankle(grade 1) a day ago and I can walk around with no pain and there’s only some swelling but when I roll my ankle while in planter flexion it’s pretty tender.
