I love this song...i waa born in 1986 and remember watching this movie in vcd player..we used to call it as DECK.. myself and my brother used to play with that Tins like in that movie .all nostalgia ..after my five years of marriage life only ,now I'm blessed with twin boy babies.....I sing this song to my four months old kids...now they have also started liking this song..when ever I sing anjali , they both are smiling and laughing

My parents made me watch this movie when i was around 7 years old. I am not a 90s kid (my parents are) but i have learnt to appriciate this masterpiece so much!!! I rewatched the movie last night and teared up! Fun fact: My Appa went to school with Tarun Kumar (Arjun) when he was kid and they are still friends to this day!!

Today this film was telecasted in sun life TV.... watched till the climax....what a film...with around 50 kids.... It would be a hard time for the crew to get all these playful kids to dance in harmony, and act to perfection....and the utmost cooperation from the entire large group of actors....OMG the song ....I was crying like anything....till the end.. keeping in mind ...oh....my god...this wonderful anjali papa is going to die....😢😢😢😢😢 Really a heart melting and heartbreaking feel to see the film....Nice music... Anjali papa..it's very astonishing to watch her act(lived) so realistic...it's hard to get toddlers into action...Hats off to the director (maniratnam sir)for such a fabulous work he has digged from every single person....many to tell...👍👍👍👍

True Sonica. 80s and 90s were wonderful periods for many like me. However, we may also need to enjoy the present situation as it is a fast changing world we live in and we do not know what is in store in the coming years. My mother would share a lot of incidents of her childhood from the 50s and 60s. She would say that life was quite content even if they did not have much money or owned fancy things. There were struggles and the family overcame those, never compromising on their happiness. Whenever she shares these with me, I wish that I were born in that era.

Remember watching this in Anand theatre to full house.Missed the first portion of the song something.Many dialogues we couldn't understand the first time as there was huge shouting and applauses in the movie.The movie stood for excellent choreography with children,and a beautiful depiction of a father's love to his daughter.All.the songs were super hit.excellent picturisation by madhu As usual we went for second time to enjoy the missed dialogues and jokes.An excellent movie by director manirathnam and Ilayaraja sir nailed all the songs.Overall.a super super hit We.enjoyed our childhood.Dont.know.whether today's kids can have that joy of watching a full house movie in theatres . I miss the 90s soooo much. Everything was bland but there was life. No competition. No unhealthy comparisons. No need to fake to that world that you’re happy. It was genuine and profound happiness. We might not have manh pictures or stories or shorts but every moment was lived very profoundly that even after 25 years it is still etched in our fabric of life. Kids these days have the ability and apparatus to click 100 photos in 10 minutes but every moment is so shallow-ly lived that it doesn’t matter if you are really happy. If you’re insta handle is funky and interesting then you’re life is good. People these days live so much behind a facade. Those days were fun. Proud to be an early 90s kid. And happy that i lived my childhood ❤️

1:08 to 2:00 and 3:00 to 3:30 bgm part will be awsome , especially the heavy competition between flute and violin in amazing , cant imagine how IR conceptualized this amazing arrangement , hats off

90's world is known as innocent world once you enter in that world you can't came out such a nostalgic days🥺🥺🥺...... We have only radio, tv, walkman , play station ,and other outdoor games which is enough to entertain us 😍😍😍.

What an album by the Legend Ilayaraja. I will never forget this album as a school boy. Especially the "Rathiri nerathil .. Star wars" song after which SPB had throat issues. What days, what childhood. All that innocense in life, movies, songs - everything has disappeared.
