Have you ever held a hot steel bowl or plate before? If you have then you know that ceramic plates/bowls are much colder than metal ones.

It’s about how you use your hands. It’s hard to describe in words, but if you only touch the bare outsticking edges of the bowl, you barely feel the heat

That's because East Asian bowl design is cleverer. They make a shallow foot rim at the bottom of the ceramic bowl. So you can just hold the edge of the bowl with your thumb at the top and the rest of your fingers goes under supporting the foot rim which remains cool and doesn't become hot! The Western bowl doesn't have the shallow foot rim at the bottom, so the entire bottom heats up hence you can't hold it in the same way.

I don’t know why, but I cried like a baby during this scene. It reminded me of my grandmothers when they were still alive. Sometimes, I wish that I would just be a kid forever and it would stay like that. Because all of the people I loved were still there. But sadly, it now becomes a memory that I’ll always treasure. And I’ll make sure to make every moment count.

I'm suprised they didn't make it dramatic like, "WHOA THE NOODLES ARE SOFT AND AMAZING" then he eats the egg and "SUGOI" xD you can tell he enjoyed it all the way till he finished it without over exaggerated expressions :)

This is the most satisfying video i ever scene in a anime🤤

When I eat noodles like that, I soak the yolk of the egg into the soup until it becomes one with the soup. Then I eat the yummy noodles and savor the broth. :3
