Thank you for your great videos. With my cameras they all have dual SD card slots so I'm always recording the video on the cameras directly but I wondered if you feel the atem mini extreme ISO is worth the additional money or is that only if you I want to record all video streams not using the cards on the camera.... I'm just not sure if I should spend the extra money right now on the iso version or just save that money for something else I might need in the future.... considering I always record directly to the SD cards on my cameras. In other words is there any major other reasons to buy the iso version other than recording separate video files. I do not use DaVinci Resolve. Thanks!

I’ve answered the question in last Saturday’s stream. I mentioned why you should but mentioned because of your last remark you most likely won’t need it. The nuance is important here

The supersouce scenes in the DaVinci Resolve 17 project file are blank. How do you view the SS as streamed in the program out file?

@@truevilmeow I did talk about it during one of the Q&A streams. The program out is also recorded as seperate file. I just edit it inside of it. Alternatively you can edit the whole look and feel yourself as all assets are on the drive

Did I miss something here?? How did you get set up 1 to animate to setup 2?? Storing positions doesn't create any animation.

What you “missed” is that the macro not only stores the end position but also a couple of intermediate steps with a few frames delay, making it animate. Thanks for your question

@@TechCondo Hi just watching it now (a year later) and I had couple of questions. 1) can I get the link, it has expired now 2) why do you have macro 2 and 5 doing the same thing? 3) I am really interested in the smooth transitions from one "scene" (macro setting) to another. When I do mine they just cut. Did you have to write something in the code to fix that?

When video freez? Can you explain more in details how this happen?

It’s just a cheap HDMI splitter that lozes sync briefly when the ATEM is switched on. It’s just a few frames however my NDI converter needs to reestablish connection and that takes time. My TechCondo studio is NDI

This system is already on it’s way out. On this basis I can’t recommend it regardless if it has supersource or not. Though not 4K if you are looking for a panel version the new Television Studio HD8 and HD8 ISO are perfection (but HD only)

This is the big problem with the video. It assumes you know how to create and store the macro. I have no idea how you got that code and what you did with it. I still have no idea how to animate supersource boxes.

@@TechCondo thanks for you answer. I tried to input your xml file with "restore" and the software said " The file you are trying to restore is from an ATEM MINI EXTREME ISO, some files may not restore correctly" and it's not working after... (sorry for my english im french -!)

@@loicmacqueron9731 oh, but in this case it should work as it’s solely macros you are restoring. You should be good. Please add your own graphics
