Agreed if you can't get Sorkin she's the second-best much better than Tara Strong

The only role I honestly don't like Tara Strong doing. She just sounds like a shrill Timmy Turner now than Harley. She also stopped doing the accent for the character. Just no.

Hynden is the closest to Arleen in terms of accent and performance as they both play Harley as over the top and goofy. Tara plays a much more serious Harley so it’s hard to compare her to Arleen

Arleene Sorkin is the classic but I really enjoy Melissa Rauches version as well, both have depth to their voices which really showcases Harleys personalities

I feel like Arleen is the most authentic Harley and not just bc it’s the original. I feel like Tara Strong’s is great but definitely more cartoony sounding and not as natural. And Kaley Cuoco’s version is just fucking perfect for the type of series she’s voicing in, an adult animated Harley Quinn

Hynden Walch deserves more credit. Her voice sounds closer to the character than Tara's.

I feel like Kaley's version would be so much better had they stuck with the accent. Ditching the accent just makes it.... not Harley! I'm not knocking her voice work or her ability to portray the character. I feel her pitch and delivery are great, but it just doesn't sound like Harley without the accent.

Just like the Joker's voice will remain that of Mark Hamill's in my head forever and ever, Harley is Arleen Sorkin. I really liked Hynden Walch and Janyse Jaud as well...

Melissa Rauch is fantastic. Yes she does sound like Bernadette from The Big Bang Theory. But still I will always like her Harley Quinn. Arleen Sorkin will always be iconic as will Tara. But they should bring Melissa back as Harley that would be amazing to see he as live action Harley and Mark Hamill as Joker for live action. Anyone agree?

Hynden Walch's performance was underrated. I love her voice performances. My favorite is when she played Starfire in Teen Titans

Hynden wasn’t just Starfire. She was Argent, Blackfire, and Madame Rouge.

I absolutely love Tara Strong’s, but Arleen’s is the true Harley. The role was literally made for her.

Arleen Sorkin is #1.

Arleen will always be the best. Hynden's is such a great imitation of Arleen's.

Arlene sorkin will forever be my harley quinn. Melissa Raunch is the one who came a tad bit closer than the others

It's so weird that you can actually hear bits of Blackfire and Princess Bubblegum when Hynden voices Harley, also Janyse is underrated

As much as I like the OG, and Tara's orignal performances, but Kaley's new take will always be my #1 and not because still voiced by Brandy Harrington herself but you know that she can still voice act just like the good old days back on Disney Channel.

For some reason I liked the Batman and Harley Quinn one. Something about the delivery of that strong accent. Feels so Harley to me.

Sorkin and Tara are my favorite VA for Harley quin

1. Arleen Sokin 2. Hynden Walsh (underrated voice match.) 3. Melissa Rauch. Not Tara Strong. Not sure if that's her voice in the clip used (because Arleen did some in the Arkham games) but if it is, Tara, for whatever reason she doesn't use that voice anymore. her modern Harley just sounds like a shrill Timmy Turner and lost the accent. Melissa gets some props for her accent sounding legit like Queens.

I’ve been watching the HBO Harley Quinn again, and Kaley’s voice acting is really good. Better than the sample here. She has a lot of different ranges, and she makes it funny. She is the furthest from Arleen’s original Bronx type accent, but even there she has moments where she pulls something similar out in a flashback type thing. It’s a lot different than a lot of the other voices, but then she is carrying an entire show.

Find it amusing that Janyse Jaud and Laura Post share a role. Since they have similar vocal range and I could see Post voicing Keith Violet from Project ARMS in a LA Cast, whom Jaud voiced.

Harley was based on Arleen sorkin and calliope jones. Arleen sorkin was inspired by the great Vivian Blaine who played miss Adelaide in the original guys and dolls Adelaide’s dynamic with Nathan Detroit is not unlike Harvey’s with the joker so Arleen said that she would listen to Vivian Blaine in the car on her way to the studio and bybtge time she got there she would have the voice and character. Give a listen to Vivian Blaine singing Adelaide’s lament from Guys and dolls

Kayley Cuoco's my favourite. Arleen Sorkin's voice is always going to be iconic but her Harley wasn't as well developed.

I love them even more now that they both have played my #1 DC babe.

The now-retired Arleen Sorkin was the best voice of Harley. And right now Tara Strong is the BEST voice of Harley. The runners up goes to Hynden "Starfire" Walch and Kaley "The Big Bang Theory" Cuoco from the DC Universe/HBO Max self-titled series.
