You don't even have to say "imo", Because Arleen is genuinely the definitive voice of Harley since she voiced her first ever appearance, And on top of that, I remember reading that the creators of BTAS got inspiration for the character from Arleen.

Arleen Sorkin is the definitive voice, but Margot Robbie and Kaley Cuoco do really well with it too. Cuoco is very different from Sorkin’s voice but it still works well. The other voices kind of blend together.

Arleen Sorkin is the best Harley Quinn

Harley was based on Arlene sorkin. He look, her voice, how she moves, even Harley’s costume are all based on a costume worn by Arlene sorkin in days of our lives. So the best is Arlene herself. But I also like caley cuomo who ditches Arlene’s brassy Brooklyn accent but expertly retains Haley’s machine gun nonstop hilarious chatter.

The lack of accent on Mia Sara and Kaley Cuoco’s Harleys really hurt them in my opinion. Harley Quinn isn’t Harley Quinn without that accent.

Arleen is unchallenged champion. But if you must have your Margot Robbie, can you at least put her in the o.g. Paul Dini suit from early 90s, complete with bell cap? Alex Ross did a painting for what it should look like. In it, Harley is dancing with Nicholsons joker.

My top 5 1. Arleen Sorkin 2. Hynden Walch 3. Kari Wahlgren 4. Melissa Rauch 5. Tara Strong Arleen (RIP queen you’ll be missed) is perfection she quite literally was the character. Hynden does a great Arleen impression which is why she’s the only one in my eyes that can take over the role and do it justice. Kari actually does a great Harley as does Melissa the only problem is they play down too much there aren’t any peaks and valley’s it’s just straight serious and no fun they do the accent perfectly. They just need to add a bit more of her fun personality. Tara played Harley PERFECTLY in Arkham City then every other iteration of Harley she’s done afterwards has been awful. She plays it way too high pitch to the point that she just sounds like Timmy Turner with a Brooklyn accent. If she played it down a bit like she did in Arkham city She’d bumped up to number three. Kayley’s a horrible Harley she does nothing but make a mockery of who the character is supposed to be and can’t even do the accent she doesn’t deserve a spot on any list.

This is a rare instance where I really like a huge majority of the voices a character has had. Only ones I'm not crazy for are Jenny and maybe Laura's. The rest range from pretty good to great. Arleen's the best, followed by Tara and Hyden who are pretty much tied for 2nd.

Arleen Sorkin is the best bar-none. Hynden Walch is the second best and is actually pretty worthy of taking over the role. Gillian Jacob’s is pretty good too, as well as Tara Strong. But the worst voice for Harley Quinn is Kaley Cucco. That Harley Quinn is always yelling her lines just to get shits and giggles, but really it’s more headache inducing… and that Harley tries WAY too hard to be like Deadpool whenever she’s swearing up a storm….

Ok, obviously this is not a popular opinion but Ms post is my 2nd favorite ( followed by the og of course) she has this kind of sinister style in her voice while simultaneously sounding like she’s completely in control. Hyden is amazing, sounds almost just like from tas . Not sure if it’s just me but roberts and cuoco are too overrated. I’m sure they are great actresses but they don’t say Harley Quinn. Tara is always great but I’m starting to notice she started getting very high when she dose Harley, maybe it’s age or something but I’m the new game it’s very obvious and kind of annoying to me. The others are good as well but that’s just my opinion.
