Fun fact: there was actually a BERSERK powerup in Unreal Tournament 2004, the very game he's playing in the video. It's an "adrenaline combo" activated at 100 adrenaline points with a combination of keys (like forward, forward, back, back or something). If I remember correctly what the Berserk Combo does is to double the normal firing rate of your weapons (no effect for the Minigun or the Link Gun's beam).

Imagine that... After all these years I found out the truth and feeling really sad for him. The problem was that I never seen his previous videos to see that this is all a satire, cause you know, as you said, on the internet everything can become twisted and losing it's original form. Really glad he got his life together, but that was a one hell of a hellish experience.

They knowingly took a short satirical video, stripped the satire and made the man look like an unstable child. When you read the subtitles knowing that it's a satire, it's actually hilarious. I had a good laugh. Also props to this guy, most people probably would take the easy way out in that situation but he made it. I'm happy in the end.

I'm two years older than that guy so I was obiously aware of that meme. Circled through all my friends and cliques. What I don't understand is how anybody thought that this was not actually staged. It was so over the top it had to be fake. Still baffles me today.

His acting was better than a celebrity's apology video.

There is a documentary on Netflix called The Great Hack which not only talks more about how to recognise fake news, it also talks about how social media persuades people to share certain posts which causes a chain reaction amongst people creating new social groups and even go as far as changing parts of society.

Im real happy for him that he was able to overcome his anguish and turn his life around. it’s good to see how happy he is now :)

I enjoy this guys vids. And I think I hear some video game tracks in here. Like usually at the end I believe is a mario kart track and sounded like this one had the Deku Tree from Zelda OOT. Cool that he throws like bits of game music in these. And he has little breaks in his speech. He is very descriptive and entertaining.

@@TheAfker idk what the prescription time in Germany is tbf, in Switzerland it would be 10years (because a contract exists) and those would be over. And I think penally (? strafrechtlich) it would probably be a (Antragsdelikt, idk what the english word for this is and my app doesn't give me results) and that deadline is over here after three months, don't know what it would be in Germany tho as well.

I feel sorry for this guy after watching this. I watched the Angry German Kid video to see how it was and I just took as a funny game rage video but after seeing this I never thought that it would get twisted that bad to where nobody would treat him right. It was a bad translation on his side for „copying CDs“ „pirating CDs“. It was a „cool“ thing at the time to illegally download things from Napster and then put it on a CD. In German that is literally „burn CDs“ (CDs brennen).

You can say 'burn CDs' in English as well! But CDs aren't very common these days, so I wouldn't be surprised if people weren't familiar with the terminology.
