ANGLO-INDIAN CHICKEN VINDALOO, CHICKEN VINDALOO, EASY RECIPE CHICKEN VNDALOO, HOW TO COOK VINDALOO

CHICKEN VINDALOO
Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken cut into medium size pieces
2 onions chopped
2 teaspoons ginger garlic powder
1.5 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients except for the onions and vinegar
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan
Add the chopped onions and fry till light brown
Add the Marinated chicken and stir fry for a few minutes
Add the vinegar and mix well
Now add some water if gravy is required and mix well
Cover and cook on Low heat till the chicken is tender.
Serve with rice or bread
