Ойын-сауық

A Yo, I’m from NYC born and raised. I remember the day Pac died like it was yesterday. My mother called me to tell me that Tupac had died. She was at work and a co- worker had told her. My mom knew that I was a Pac fan so she called me to tell me. I then turned on Hot 97 to see if they was talking about it. I thought that radio wasn’t saying nothing because it was Pac. So I called Hot 97 and a man answered, I asked how come they wasn’t saying nothing about Pac dying, but the dude on the phone said that they haven’t heard anything about Pac dying. Then Wendy Williams come back from commercial break and says that someone keeps calling the radio station saying Tupac had died.(that was me calling) But it wasn’t confirmed so Wendy said that she wasn’t announcing it. Wendy shift finished and Angie came on next. They turned the music off and a gentleman came on and said that Tupac had passed away. When he said that Angie let out this loud scream and started crying. She really broke down. Hearing Angie like that I then felt really sad. Then Street Soldiers with Lisa Evers came on and people was calling the radio station to show condolences for Pac. It was a Friday when Pac died. A very bad night after that news. And if Angie reads this she will tell you that’s exactly how it went down, FACTS! That was me calling the station. FACTS! The man who answered the phone when I was calling the station, who ever that was. I think it was Mr. Cee. , Wendy, and Angie can tell you that’s how it happened. R.I.P. Tupac Shakur. FlyTy QGTM

Angie is 1 of the 🐐!!! I wanted to be from NY bc of her lol! She’s definitely the voice of NY! She’s a legend and an icon. Her rap career was dope as hell. Her interviewing skills are crazy. It doesn’t matter who it is. She has the ability to get ppl to feel comfortable and open up! It takes a special type of person to do that. And not everyone can do that. Idc who it is everyone feels comfortable enough with her to tell her whatever she wants to know. She asks the questions that the fans wanna know. Not the typical usual boring questions. Much love to Angie Martinez!! Ps-Her verse on Ladies Night is a classic. And her song with Lil Mo called if I go…..or something like that. I STILL listen to it to this day!!!

I was working at UMC when 2pac came in. I got the news before the rest of the world when he died. My girl at the time was the X-ray tech and she actually x-ray his lungs and told me when he died.
