TY for featuring Angelina's version of "Suspicious Minds;" The songwriter actually composed this song to be sung in 'this' tempo, but Elvis thought the overall song would work better for him as a performance piece (particularly on a Las Vegas stage) if he used a faster tempo. Elvis sang with the intent of showmanship; Angelina is choosing to, instead, show us the heart of this song. I love her version. ❤ I will subscribe as a nod to your willingness to give air-time/airplay to Angelina. Again, thank you!

Actually Elvis just covered the song. Mark James wrote, recorded and released it one year before Elvis' release. Imho Angelina's rendition is much truer to Mark's lyrics and the spirit of the song.
