Thank you for another good reaction to Angelina. Things I found in this video which I find mind-blowing. (1) The realisation that at the age of 10 Angelina has shed all childishness from her voice. (2) A feeling that the placement of the spotlight at the beginning of her performance was deliberate. If it was, then, to my mind, it was a brilliant move. (3) The fact that Angelina arranged this song and that the band kept out of the way and let her voice be the focus. (4) The incredible low note she sang for the word "good" at the beginning and end of the performance. (5) That wonderful crescendo at the end. (6) The was Angelina used her left arm and hand throughout the performance (7) The way she changed the microphone from her right hand to left hand, so that she could flip her hair back with her right hand. (8) The cheeky smile she gave to the cameraman when she realised he had focused on her at about 5.45 in your reaction video. (9) The almost instantaneous switch from "performance" mode to that of a young child who,curseyed and gave a sweet smile to the audience as an acknowledgement of their applause. Others have commented that the performance by Nina Simone should be considered the "gold" standard for this song. Until recently, I had never watched her performance, but have now done so. They just cannot be compared, for Angelina's arrangement is totally different

The greatest female vocalist to ever live!

Not many can explain in words and sentences what Angelina is doing. She is quite unique in both her personality and her musical choices. Her voice is multifunctional, and can make any sound wherever it is suited for any song. And she is my favorite artist. There are a lot of good musicians out there, but Angelina is for me extraordinary.

Angelina was really good when she was 18 months, but then she had to struggle through those difficult 2,3 and 4 year old but she kept on, always in pursuit of her goal. Then came the 5 and 6 years when Angelina discovered she could arrange her music. Now the game begins, the prodigy has been released. "Mom, I am ready. Please let me enter Norway's Got Talent". And when Sara heard her 7 year old barefoot Princess sing the tears began to flow, she knew that their lives were changed forever. God bless Angelina and her family.

The "best" AJ performance is almost always the last one you watched. She astonishes every time she sings, so naturally the shock of her latest performance seems fresh and new. That's her genius -- and that's exactly what she has: musical genius.

Gabi, I think you are now formally adopted as an angel! You express the same feelings and emotions as all of us in your fondness for her. She is a force to be reckoned with. I always like to emphasize though what differentiates Angelina from other young artists. Of course it's her Talent for that is a given. But it is her humanitarian spirit that makes her special. Giving away her shoes to an orphan at 6 years old, helping to raise over 20 million dollars for children and environmental causes over the past 8 to10 years. Her vowing to spread love and peace through the world through her singing as a career goal. For me, and I think a lot of the Angels, that in addition to her Talent is what makes her a special soul. Gabi, on another note, thank you for supporting Angelina as all young artists should be recognized. @@GabiSRealist a lot of people say that they think she's shy but I don't... I think it is a misunderstanding from her thoughtful (and amazingly mature) responses during interviews from an early age...

Nina Simone's rendition is considered to be 'The Gold Standard' but after hearing this 10 year old girl, I truly believe it has to be rated 'The Platinum Standard' for this classic jazz song. Not only her singing, but the arrangement she set up with the orchestra and the way she handles herself like a pro on stage is magnificent.

Yes, it's her! Besides the fabulous finish, how about that half smile she gave the camera as it circled around her? Angelina developed into a bona fide star at 10 years old. I'll reserve the superstar status until she commits full time to her career. To me she is already a megastar but when her worldwide exposure rules the day and everyone in the world will get the chance to listen to her and see her at venue's all over the planet, then she will be recognized as a true superstar.

I can watch her performances over and over and I get that feeling every time. It's not really surprise, it's an emotional connection/reaction that usually only accompanies surprise.

Face it, there’s the best, there’s the best of the best and then there is, Angelina Jordan at the top of them all. There is gold. There is platinum. There is diamond. Then there is, Angelina Jordan, an extremely rare and precious gem.

She's just too, too much, isn't she, Gabi?! "Yeah, I'm a sweet little 10-year-old girl and I'm gonna front this awesome live jazz ensemble in front of a big crowd and absolutely smoke a classic like 'Feeling Good.' Hey, it's just what I do!' She'd *never* actually say that, of course, but her obvious composure and confidence still make the point, and she never falters. I don't think there's a magic number of songs you need to watch after which she longer has the capacity to impress, surprise and delight. This was a from Stream, a competition in Norway and this was Stream gives back, they got Angelina as performer- I guess the MUCH older singers in the competition was blown away by this little girl!

You loved Angelina in this song when she was 10, listen to Angelina at the age of 8 in a song with a similar name but so different "I feel good" one of the great songs of James Brown she is disrespectful in this performance of hers, a must watch!!! 🦶🦶👑🗣🎙🎷

Me neither and at 57, with talented family members in music, I have never seen this and not just one, one any pro would die to have under their belt, but 20 or more! You could go your whole life and never see "I put a spell on you" caliper performance or "Any of the AMG knock-outs! Do they all sound like this on her planet? and this is practice and demos for what's to come! If your in the industry, "Art is not a competition" That's what you tell yourself!

OKI just looked through your playlist and I didn't say 2 very different songs..... About as different as you can get. ABOVE THE WATER, by TRXD, is an EDM Dance Track, featuring AJA. and SONG FOR A, by Nico Cartosio, is a beautiful throwback classic sound, like to 1950 Movie Musical soundtrack feeling. Nicole is a classical composer, either Russia or Ukraine, who lives now in Italy.... he had changed his name. The song is a modification of an 18th century Robert Burns poem, from Scotland. Most often this poem is some in beer pubs has a drinking song, But this is slow down so nice.
