It depends on the programs you are trying to match at and if your school does class rank and AOA. Your class rank and AOA can be important for some programs, especially the big academic ones. That being said, some programs look more holistically. Honors during third year clerkships are more important.

Thank you for your question. Yes, most residency programs review applications holistically. The test scores get you in the door, but your other experiences are what make you stand out.
