How to play the tapped harmonics in “Electric Gypsy"
Last time, Andy Timmons showed us the essential elements of his song, “Electric Gypsy,” which he wrote as a tribute to Jimi Hendrix. During the first verse, Andy uses a technique known as tapped harmonics to perform the 6 single-note melodic lines, which is the focus of this lesson.

I've become so impressed with Andy as a player and writer. He was good when he was younger but he's gotten so much more melodic, expressive and soulful as time has gone in. A much more refined outlook of melody and composition. A lot of what the younger players don't have. One of my favorite players these day.

That was a really great lesson, love the arepeggio and scale based 12-fret up tapping exercise , it surely be helpful in getting started with this awesome technique...
