The attractive part of the Huberman mindset in a person for me is the constant willingness to learn and educate oneself to improve to be the best that one can be via patient, methodical scientific methodology, and then having the self discipline to both do the research and implement the changes, and to be flexible to needing to make adjustments over time. It also has a built-in quality of self-agency and preventative healthcare in particular built into the mindset. This mindset doesn't have to apply only to health or science or even sex/gendered behaviors.

Without trying to be, Huberman has become a great example of masculinity in a world today where many men don’t have many public figures who they would perceive as good role models. Huberman is many women’s ( including myself) dream guy. He is intelligent without arrogance, masculine and assured of himself but still approachable and friendly, comes across as kind, good looking, takes care of himself and his passion for science is endearing and makes him interesting. It’s not that I want a man who necessarily wears a black shirt and tells me to get sunlight in my eyes in the morning and does cold ice baths daily. It’s the amalgamation of the qualities I’ve described above that Huberman has that make him so irresistible to a lot of women

No joke: US maternity deaths are quite high. Looking at birth. Areas include. 1) Hospitals expose you to infections such as MRSA. 2) We do too many things by habit not science, e.g. why lying on your back with stirrups? Women naturally squat to align the pelvic bone. 3) Unnecessary treatments. For instance hospitals are expensive and crowded, so they will induce labor to gtfo even when it's wholly unnecessary. Rural villages in India, who mix traditional birthing with a modern doctor who can step in if things go sideways, have much better results.

The segment about voice and postural alignment resonates so much with me as I was also called ‘froggy’ when I was 5 yrs old. Had major vocal fry. I had a head injury as an adult that affected the alignment of the fascia in my head, neck shoulder etc. which in turn affected my Vagus nerve. The VN is a major nerve connected to vital organs and if you have a problem with it, sometimes your uvula will be swung to the side. This is a sign of degeneration and you may have a slight cough. Mine is to the side and I’ve had to work on my palate tone. All so interesting. Note- the tongue is a major muscle in the upper vertebra.
