God poor Sue. Getting molested by her uncle, and her brother Scott tried protecting her. And then Scott dies, leaving the girl to defend herself. Her rotten mom and that disgusting uncle PISSED me off as a minor, and even moreso as an adult. 🤬

Scott and Sue's mother was crazy! The actress did a great job of protraying her.

Ugh Scott and Sue’s mother was such WITCH!!!!!! The actress that played her did a very good job.

...hmmmm.... in the (early) 90's, "cool", handsome Teachers like Mr. Myers felt they could flirt, tease & 'hang' with the Students, to get them on their 'side', and be Friends with them (2:04)...yet, instill education, self-importance & confidence, to face the World...BUT, Sue's 'broken Home' stretches FAR beyond the Classroom, Gil.....(1:40) ....that's why she needs... *THE NANNY* ......🤭 ....

I hate how smug Sue's father is to her about a situation involving potential sexual abuse. It doesn't matter what Sue wears, sounds like, etc. It is the adult's responsibility to not ever cross that line.

Sue’s mother was crazy and so controlling of her children. She wanted them to seem so perfect. And she didn’t protect poor Sue. Because even if she didn’t know the Uncle molested her she probably wouldn’t believe Sue . She cared more about her sweet wholesome image than the well being of her own daughter. That’s why she wouldn’t let anyone talk to her afterwards.
