Looking back on it now, I am positive that Andrea looks pretty. Brandon and Andrea apparently have feelings for each other in high school days. They could have been in a relationship. I wish Andrea's first time had been with Brandon.

same, so true! Two best couples this show ever had: Dylan&Brenda, Brandon&Andrea - and it should have ended this way. Instead, we lost Shannen/Brenda, we got the stupid Kelly/Dylan romance, and later even stupider Brandon/Kelly romance

@@ladennayoung2939 he is 100% right. I always wanted Brandon and Andrea to end up together: they were both hard-working, responsible, brave, passionate about many issues, smart, and driven. Together, they looked beautiful physically as well, they had palpable chemistry. Kelly and Brandon didn't have any chemistry, and it was for me disgusting and such a soap opera move that the writers made Kelly sleep with everyone, with every main guy on the show! Remember she was first Steve's ex-girlfriend and slept with him, then she was with Dylan, then with Brandon. It turned the show into a ridiculous soap opera where everyone sleeps with everyone, and the main issue was sex/relationship drama! Kelly was also very shallow and didn't share any real values with Brandon, just a terrible fit for him, despite what so many BH90210 fans say. Andrea was miles, miles better for Brandon, and they shared such cute, and raw moments throughout the show, it was a joke that they didn't end up together! This show could have been a very good quality family/drama show if Shannen hadn't left, and if it was still about the twins from Minnesota learning new life in Beverly Hills, plus about the Walshes as a family. About basically Brandon and Brenda growing up, maturing, and starting their own families. And at the end, it should be two main, best couples this show has ever had: Dylan&Brenda, and Brandon&Andrea, period!! For me, the fact that three best friends slept with one woman and all had serious relationships with her- Kelly (Steve, Dylan, Brandon), and Brandon kinda got sloppy seconds as the 'last one', was so stupid! I'd be so much better if Brendon got together with his own girl, Andrea, and Dylan stayed with Brenda. Instead, they fired Shannon and the show NEVER recovered from it because she was literally one of the main reasons for its success - in the end, this whole story was supposed to be a story of twins: Brandon and Brenda, so it was a big, irreparable loss, and then after season 4 it totally turned into another useless romantic soap opera for adults, and everyone sleeping with everyone. The best seasons are the first 3-4 seasons (minus the stupid Dylan/Kelly romance) when Shannen was still there, period! Because at that time it was still as originally planned: a family drama about the Walshes, about the twins from Minnesota trying to adapt to California, and mainly about their sibling relationship - and this part was always the best! After that, after Brenda left, it was crap, hence the 'Kelly sleeps with everyone' storylines. Brandon deserved better, Brenda deserved better, and the whole show deserved better!

this comment is brilliant, you said everything I always wanted to say about BH90210! Totally agree. the show started great but after Shannen left it was never the same, the missing twin is like the missing half of your heart, and the story suddenly lost half of the heart with Brenda. Plus, as you said, everyone started to sleep with everyone and the show lost its magic that the first three, and especially the first two seasons had!

I hated the show once Shannen left and it did turn into a nighttime soap opera.. like a Melrose Place type show and it did not work. Yes, and I I only watch and own seasons 1-4.

Kelly didn't sleep with David who was also the main character. But it's true that the first four seasons were the best in my opinion but from the first season Kelly already wanted to go out with Brandon and Dylan. I too would have liked Brandon to go out with Andréa and for Dylan and Brenda to end up as couples.

@@lnicole2504 Merlose Place was a series where all the characters had no limits to get what they wanted, the characters didn't really have morals, a character like Valérie was comparable to an Amanda, or a Sydney, the first 4 seasons of Beverley Hills wanted to represent the difficulties that a young high school student can encounter in everyday life.

Brandon and Andrea were always good as friends. Not as a couple lol. They did make a great team; both competitive and driven. It was nice to have academics like them on the show. 😬 Also, that teacher seemed so stoned carrying out his dialogue 😂.

I remember one episode of this show where Brandon falls on the rocks and Dillon saves him .. was that episode in the first 3 seasons. Yes, Season 2 - the Camping Trip. Probably five or six episodes in. The show is about Midwest teen siblings moving to a new city with rich teen and their friendship with them. Pretty much the live action version of the 80s cartoon Beverly Hills teen but live action and more of a soap opera for teens.

Andrea could be annoying at times for sure and get on her high horse about causes. But in this case she was totally right. She worked so hard on the school paper and then this new teacher comes in and takes it away from her and promotes Brandon basically because he thought he was a cool kid who was capable of doing more but hadn't really done anything to deserve being editor in-chief. He actually did basically do what she said. This was the early 1990's though now I feel like our education system teaches women to be leaders and men to take a back seat.

Will all of you give the fucking age thing a rest! Geez. I loved the character and personally don’t give a rat’s ass if she doesn’t look like a high schooler. Neither did Luke or Ian, but I don’t see the same nasty remarks about them.

Ah, folks in their mid-thirties played high school pupils and didactic blandishments about sexism couched in bad dialogue delivered unconvincingly by the performers: US network television in the 1990s.

Smh. I just wasn't really a fan of Andrea. She could have just said thank you to Brandon instead of looking for an opportunity to be right and correct him. No one will ever know it all. No matter how intelligent or accomplished they are.
