Twenty eight years ago today doctor’s told my family I had 15 minutes to live. I recited this prayer and here I am, still worshipping my savior. Never lose hope because all things are possible thru Jesus Christ. November 2023, still here by the grace of God.

BACK IN 1991 I WAS IN A SERIOUS AUTO ACCIDENT THEY THOUGHT I WOULD NOT MAKE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT THEN IT WAS FINALLY CHANGED TO 6 MONTHS PRAISE THE LORD GOD OVER 30 YEARS LATER I'M STILL SERVING THE LORD GOD

I had a painful medical proceedure carried out today. 13.10.2023.. The Doctor holding my hand was called Emannuel 🙏. Meaning GOD is with us.. ❤

This month 10 years ago I had surgery for cancer of the mouth. I was released Xmas eve without even a prescription for painkillers. Their is only one answer to who cured me and I'm still praying to them daily. G B.

I try to say this prayer every night when i talk to CHRIST about my day and ask forgiveness for my sins or shortcomings. GOD still rules the world and i just want to be HIS servant each day. The fact that i try because i fail often means the world to CHRIST. Im sure of that.

As close to being in heaven... I had a private moment with my father when I visited him in the hospital, March of last year. The doctor had already made us aware of the process of making him comfortable due to the pain he is experiencing. During this time, I told him that the first piano music piece I wanted to learn was The Lord's Prayer because I was always inspired and in awe whenever I hear him sing it with his commanding voice. Through the years, he would be singing this hymn in family gatherings and it would be my pleasure to accompany him. As a baritone base of the St. James choir in Redbank NJ, the congregation would be hearing his beautiful voice and rendition of this hymn numerous times. He gave me and my wife the honor of singing it during our wedding in San Francisco with Maestro Raul Sunico at the helm. We have, on many occasions, watched Andrea Bocelli's video concerts in the basement of our home which we converted into a make-shift theater. I wanted to recreate that experience with him as I sat beside his hospital bed and suggested we both listen to Bocelli's rendition of The Lord's Prayer. He opened his eyes, nodded his head and smiled. I held his hand while we both listened to a rendition that, according to David Foster, is "as close to being in heaven as possible." As we listened, I can see his lips move in unison with every word sang to perfection by Mr. Bocelli until seemingly, our spirits were lifted together in the soaring crescendo of "forever" and the haunting but peaceful "Amen." He held my hand tightly as tears flowed down his cheeks. I kissed his forehead and whispered, "Mom is waiting for you Dad." His breathing became calm and for the first time in a very long time, he smiled serenely, perhaps letting the Lord know, he is ready. It was the last time I would see my father alive but I am blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy and experience The Lord's Prayer with him for the last time. A tribute to his first death anniversary.

Our mortal experiences are real, suffering and pain and grief are real, but I feel so strongly that we are children of God here on earth as part of a great journey and that we are loved and watched over and that one day the veil over our eyes will be lifted and we will see the eternal plan and be reunited and rejoice with one another. This is beautifully sung and played but The Lord’s Prayer has been supernaturally changed. It used to say ‘Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us’.

Being in healthcare, have always been taught; that the hearing is the last sense to go. So how wonderful it must have been for her to here The Lords Prayer on this side- and immediately following be in the presence of God the Father. My mother passed away as my sisters were holding her head and singing Amazing Grace. She was fortunate to be hearing 2 of her daughters sing that incredible song- and the next moment to be in the presence of God the Father. May I be so blessed as to hear the same. So many comments about mothers passing away and this song, what a wonderful tribute to those incredible women we were blessed enough to call mom...

One year ago, I was nonresponsive in ICU. Today, I'm getting ready for work on Tuesday. I learned that death is not death. That time when my family was preparing for my demise, was one of the most exciting times I have ever had. No one ever dies! We simply transfer. When it eventually occurs, I am certain it will be seamless. Jesus Christ suffered the penalty for our sins so we don't have to do it ourselves. All we need to do is accept His suffering for us. Amazing! I am so happy to have been born!

Praying for the people in our world to surrender to and learn about the Prince of Peace, the only hope for people every where.

When I’m awake, anxious and alone at night I repeat this prayer multiple times and it gives me comfort I love this prayer that sends the demons running.

There is a God and He loves you beyond measure.

When I was little, my Mom would sing this in church. I would watch her belt out this amazing song with the rest of the partitioners. She passed away on 2008. Watching this made me a blithering idiot with the tears. I am glad I am alone right now. I so miss my Mom.

At the end of our church services a shortened version would be said by the minister. May the Lord shine his face upon you and give you peace. This prayer was also said in the public schools for many years.

I have found some truth I believe but Im pretty sure I have a long ways to go. Listening to this song has got me through some things. I have also said it or sung it in good times and bad. The first I remember praying it was in pee wee baseball before games. Even if you're an atheist, I hope you will use this song and prayer. Its so powerful that even if you are an atheist, it's bound to work to your benefit. Just the powerful energy from it.

The choir are Mormon .Andre is Catholic ,it doesn't matter about the faith either. It's a prayer being thrown up for God to catch .

When I lived in Texas, the congregation of my church used to hold hands and sing this lovely hymn a Capella every week at the closing of Communion. More often than not, I would have tears running down my cheeks as our voices echoed throughout the auditorium. I haven't heard this sung in almost a decade. Today, listening to Andrea Bocelli, I was reminded of those special brothers and sisters I sang it with, and I wept again. Beautifully done.

It isn't a hymn, though it might of been made into one, it is the prayer that Jesus said to pray to our Father in heaven.. to teach us how to pray. It starts out about how God is holy (it says hollowed be Your name), and we should want His kingdom to come and want His will to be done on earth just like it is in heaven, because His will is perfect and good.. So when we pray we need to remember His holiness and have a reverence (fear) of the Lord.

I can feel the anointing and the glory of that rendition. The Lord’s Prayer is the most powerful prayer ever prayed. Once our hearts are in tuned with God and we connect with the words the results are dynamic. The tenderness of our Heavenly Father as He ministers to his children is beyond words.
