    You are not alone brother, I am the same, thank you so much for sharing! After 37 years of living with it without knowing it, I am planning to have a diagnosis!

    Same here. I've always been succesful in scholl but had exactly the same anxiety you beautifully described for years. Going to doctor complaining about my very very high levels of anxiet which eventually brought me to the point of halt, the doc realized that my whole story was basically about ADHD. I hope more people reailize the difference between anxiety proper and the anxiety caused bu ADHD's self blame for stupidity
