I love your mods and had the same feeling about the second row of flowers. I think I’m going to borrow your idea.
I like your change to the flower pattern. We Grow Wild also did this--eliminating the last row of flowers. I just bought yarn for this sweater and can't wait to start it!

Hi Alexandra Thank you for your podcast. Lettlopi bleeding? Try a swatch as part of your preparation for the project (gauge as well). Wash and block it and see the result. Might help. Kind regards Lynn from Western Australia (knifton on Ravelry)

Thank you Lynn! I did a swatch since I've recorded it and blocked as I regularly do my knits, it bleed a bit so I'm still confused at how other knitters incorporate black lettlopi into colorwork. I'll try to wash the swatch again to see if that helps.

I love your Lumme! The modifications that you did are brilliant. Is it ok if I replicate your mods? I would hate for you to see my f/o on Ravelry and think, “that b*tch!” I always enjoy your content and love your humor. If you are not trying to be funny…I’m laughing with you, not at you😂.😘😘😘

Thanks! Lol would never say that unless I see an FO and realize someone broke into my stash when I wasn't looking 😅 I did rows 1-6 of the yoke chart after the first flower, but mirrored. Same for the sleeves instead of the sleeve chart 🫡 Go for it!
