Condolences Anderson Cooper. Your mom lived a full life. And I'm certain she is so proud of the man you are. I absolutely LOVE the concept of the book and think it's a lesson for all of us. The hardest losses I've had are those who I'm scared I didn't thank enough or tell them enough how much I loved them. This inspires me to make a list of all the people I want to thank now and to write them handwritten thank you notes. Thank you Anderson and to your sweet mom!

rexington john my reply is absurdly late, but FYI Anderson was raised being told he is not getting a dime of the Vanderbilt money. His mother said she wanted to make sure he earned his own way in this world, much as she did (although she didn't need to). Now I hope we don't find out for MANY years, as I simply adore his Mom, plus the world may never know, but I wonder if she truly won't leave him anything, as she repeatedly has said. But, as we know, he doesn't need the money. And he is always fabulous on the show, FAR better than Seacrest. But my fav co-host is when Mark Consuelos is on. He and Kelly are hysterical and magical together!

If you're going to say he's homophobic, he's definitely not considering he himself is gay. He probably just thought the idea of his mom having sex is gross, which most kids can agree is not a nice thought.

WHAT THE BLOODY HELL WAS THAT AT 1:25 - 1:51? **Kelly was most definitely distracted by something. **She was NOT GENUINE. She wanted him to be done, then he made a funny, the laughter started THEN she started laughing...only to do a fake laugh a few seconds later. Like WTH?

She did it again at the end of the clip, when Anderson called her gift, "ridiculous." You can see her utter, "It's not ridiculous." She was not appreciative of Anderson dominating the conversation and cutting her off.
