Poha

Green Chilly
Cilantro
Turmeric
Red Chilly
🔪 Instructions:
Begin with toasting Poha thoroughly on hot pan and set it aside.
In a pan,heat oil, sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
Add finely chopped tomatoes, green chilly, and cilantro to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.followed by turmeric and red chilly powder. Mix well.
Crack the eggs into the mixture, stirring gently to scramble them evenly.
Now, add Poha to the pan and mix well.
Cook until the Poha is heated through and absorbs the flavors.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
