I often pondered what the ancient Library of Alexandria held in its over half million documents from all of the ancient civilizations, Assyria, Greece, Egypt, Persia, India, etc. The burning, and consequent loss of all of its vast contents, has long been considered the single greatest set back of mankind in history, because it was the largest repository of the collective history of man and his art and science since the dawn of civilized man. If UFOs visited, or if ETs made contact with these ancient societies, it would have surely been documented in that library. Yet another reason to cry over it burning down.

I herd that the library of Alexandria alot of the books were saved how many is alot is the question. I also herd that there is like 50 miles of library under the vatican. The issue is the historical things that would have been in the library wouldnt have been 100% accurate anyway. With how much historical records that did survive through a lot of cultures if there really was an Alien visitations in ancient history it would have been recorded and survived. Which funny enough is part how the ancient astronaut theory started with interruption of myth. Though I completely disagree with the theory personally as theres to much evidence the opposite way

I recall when the Vatican in 1960, the year designated for releasing the content of the third Fatima prophecy, simply announced that the important parts of the Fatima prophecy had already been revealed and refused to say anything more about it. I have since thought that there was something in that third part that they could not allow the world to hear. One very real possibility is a description of a future Pope who upsets traditional Catholic teaching on certain key subjects, which, at the time, would have created quite a stir in the Catholic world

There is plenty of information available about the third secret ot Fatima, although there is skepticism on the entirety of it's context actually being released. However, what is known is that the third secret involves apostasy in the church starting from the clergy at the top. So of courses they didn't release this secret in 1960, because they were doing the evil that was spoken of by calling the Second Vatican council to form a new religion built on freemasonic values.

It has been said that when Pope John 23rd opened the envelope and read the 3rd part in 1960 that he was so visibly shaken that he nearly collapsed. Like you are any different. People are always looking for meaning. That, and we have a curious nature and also can imagine just about anything based on little to no information. However, for you to assume a superior posture and claim people are to be ignored for being stupid says more about you than it says about them. And, despite the fact you are human, you also have committed the same in the past. Thus, and contrary to your personal belief, are easily obvious to those who know human nature. In other words, one who claims others are "lacking" attributes that 'you" are known for, is a red flag you are exactly what you claim they suffer from. Jus sayin...

@@dagann1 sometimes it's just not worth saying though. The paradox is any time you get to correct someone that subconsciously (or not) we are feeding our ego because we act on the want to correct and posture knowledge to those we otherwise feel to be less than adequate to our standards. but the reality is you can never truly know the person to who'm you are speaking and commenting on. That is something beyond our capability as individuals. to believe so is also to show we don't truly know ourselves. The fact I'm explaining this to you I'm sure is redundant. You seem like an intelligent person. But I also tend to agree with the original comment the person you scolded made lol. It's a catch 22 Of course we try to rise above our pride and base assumptions but we are also illogical and irrational beings who can't help but feel certain ways about certain situations despite knowing society tells us not to. If one can devote themselves to any ideology it should be one that searches for truth and yet knows that the truth is something beyond the scope of subjective reality and must be objective. But we as individuals cannot disassociate our bias from the information we spread. In the very act of the words we choose we are already constructing a narrative of inclusion and exclusion. by design language is used to devise what a thing is from what it is not. Sometimes we need to be able to decipher the voice someone is using and to which context they are making a comment. things can be figurative. Or sometimes someone gives you just the conclusion without the logical progression of thought to let you know where they are coming from. Point being why contend when instead you can transform the conversation into something either fun or worth talking about? There are always exceptions even for me where I really let my tongue fly off the handle. I usually delete those comments after reading them over a few times. But I gotta admit there's always at least 1 or 2 in a great while who know how to really get under my skin. It's refreshing to see like minded people in different stages of a journey we are all taking and knowing that our experiences do occasionally cross. This is how we know there's more to life than just ourselves because we are on this journey with others and they are as diverse as the very language that encompasses our knowledge. to some degree we are all possessed by our ideology and the words we use to define who we are... Unfortunately even then our concept of self can be strewn differently by a seperate observer. See feeding my ego. I just like to talk forever and explore my thoughts honestly. It's like yelling into the void and seeing what echoes back.

@@enderprodigy3167 You made many good points. That, I can't deny. However, I think social media sources allow too much bravado and I also think that creates the ego over the individual. In fact, I often think a message can be delivered without scorn and it can be done with a more proper vernacular. Maybe, it's just me. After all, I've spent the past thirty years on the net. And as a result, witnessed too much in character dismissal. Whit that said, I agree with you and I will strive to be less judgemental in my wording. Although, I thought that was my message in the first place. After all, I didn't say the recipient was stupid per se, but are too normal in today's environment. That, we all succumb to that bad habit. And, hopefully, triggering that in the minds of others might prove worthy in their journey. Thank you for your observations. And, I appreciate your input.

Ya know, if there were only a few documents that were being kept secret one could overlook the need to guard the information and assume that the Vatican is justified in keeping those under wraps, but they have THOUSANDS OF DOCUMENTS that should belong to the world, not just the select few. Because of that fact, one can safely assume they are taking huge steps to insure that the general populace does not lay eyes on these documents because the stranglehold of religion world wide would fall.

That's why I think it should probably stay out of the mainstream, and so I'm glad that people think "aliens" are a conspiracy theory. Tommy Lee Jones put it best in MIB, " A person is smart, but people are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals." There would definitely be mass hysteria if this truth came out.

The inner court was lit by artificial (candle) light. The most holy place, where the high priest entered on yom kippur - the day of atonement (kippur where we get the word "cover"), was lit supernaturally, by the spirit of God. my dad was a jesuit priest. i heard him one night on the phone when i was very young, explaining to a friend about the "green people", and i sat and listened. he said they found them in africa, on jesuit missions, and they decided to hide the green people because others would fear them and kill them. i mentioned it the next morning at breakfast and my dad said he had no idea what i was talking about, that i must have been dreaming, which, because i was young, he must have thought he could get away with, but i've never confused dreaming and being awake. so i repeated it over the course of my life. years later my younger sister gave me a novel, written by another ex-jesuit, that was supposedly fictional but told a very similar story.

40 years in a desert which takes about 2 weeks on foot to cross? You might consult the mishna for interpretation of this. They say no one was allowed to study hard stuff /the interpretations of the texts before one reached the age of 40 thus the 40 years. Therefore allegorically speaking they wonder for 40 years before coming to understanding. The cloud represents the presence of gheeohdee leading in a thick cloud to shroud their way. Very true. If only most folks would see this. I believe it was kept out of teachings because the things spoken about in it are not only truthful, but are shocking to say the least and would cause many to be afraid. For example, learning that the sun and moon have "chambers" or rooms that they go into and come out of each day, would scare folks.

Book of Enoch is not part of canon Bible because there is no reason to believe it is authentic, plus it is contradicts canon Bible in many issues. If it had truth and the Church authorities were "afraid" of people finding the truth then would've never made the book public for everyone to read. It's a colourful story book that's cool to read, even giving glimpses into the way people used to think back then, but that's about it.

These programmes also say Ezekiel's vision of the angel with four faces,( a lion a man and eagle and a bull) and a wheel within a wheel are UFOs and extraterrestrials, when they are more likely to be astrological references, the four fixed signs of the zodiac are Leo, Aquarius, Scorpio and Taurus, (the tarot card the Wheel of Fortune depicts this) The Book of Enoch also has astrological references.

Actually, the ancient Sumarians talked about the Annunaki in the cuneiform tablets found and deciphered by Zachariah Sitchen who wrote the book called the 12 th planet. Read it and come to your own conclusion if it is real or fake. I have always believed in aliens.
