P.S. While the liver is the largest organ inside the body, the skin is the largest organ of the body.

and also the junction forces from the iliopsoas on the diaphragm traggered by the bilateral momentum of legs and pelvis meeting with the bilateral synchronized coodination movement of the hands and shoulders, they generated not only the shaking but also the shearing forces on the fascia, joints and respective local organs around the diaphragm regions and at the meeting points from T9 to L2 where the lower trapezius is and the latissimus dorsi meet.
The reasons maybe also due to the movements of the shoulders and the rapid expansion and contraction of the lungs, that also trigger on pectoralis minor as they run, shaking and banking of the chest on the diaphragm and trunk.
C3, C4, c5 keep the diaphragm alive!
Thank You Prof For This Information❤️

When I go on jogs I tend to slow down to a pace where I'm not overexerting myself and can keep up the pace for an extended period of time, for me this tends to prevent stitches, I'm not sure if this would work for you but it could be worth a shot trying it.

Always stretch for at least 10 minutes before any kind of workout and try to avoid overexerting yourself. Always pace yourself no matter the workout and don’t overdo it.

Best advice - don't take health advice from strangers on the internet. Ask an educated and licensed or certified fitness professional. signed, a student physical therapist who reads a lot of crap advice on the internet (Such as the person below me saying to stretch for 10 minute before any kind of workout. extremely outdated advice, there is so much more nuance to a proper warm-up than that).

Thanks for the advice, I will tell you how it goes
Really interesting about the phrenic nerve
When a stitch happens after sitting too long is it the same reason?
Great professor❤❤❤
Yes but why does the stitch occur. The liver is always present but u don't always have a stitch.
🆗👁️👁️
Does this nerve account for the pain I get around my collar bone/clavicle when I get hiccups?
My stitch was always around the bottom rib on the left side. Thought it was a rib muscle cramp. Now... perhaps not
omggg i get this.. i thought nobody knows what it means or what it's called 😢😢
What If you get pain lower? Even in the leg?
Sounds like Brian cox talking
