Thanks for your self critique. I just got through 50 one pump with stomach strike in 10 minutes. And yes, it is a FSS… Could not have done it without you. I’m 63, 5’11 200 pounds, heavy kettlebells for regular training. I’m travelling now and no access to weights really. I have the opportunity for this Burpee endeavour… The Burpee is a different animal, I’m committed for this 3 months of travel. Where will my Burpee journey take me to in that fleeting period of time? I will see…

Thanks Lee, I made a comment that you should do your own burpee analysis on your last video, but was probably not the only one! Nothing like self-critique, this cracked me up at times 😂 Definitely inspired me to start filming my own burpees, very instructive 👍

This is such a cool video! Being objective with your work is a critical technique for improving the work as painful as it might be. Keep at it! I'm still working on my burpee journey... hopefully my technique is starting to improve! Starting to get that armour and gas myself.

Sir, 3 days ago you posted a video What I understood from that video was that, conditioning is very very important and that one should organise his workout accordingly. I never took conditioning seriously but now I do and I can see how it can have a positive effect in one's life. I haven't incorporated burpees in my workout yet but now I think they are key to conditioning and I should begin doing them. Thanks🤘.
