I think Filipino food are not so well known kasi ni low budget na ang mga ingredients from the original. Just like the famous “batchoy” of Bacolod and Iloilo, Walay na walay sa original recipe, mura nga di naman original. Hwag sana ganyan kasi may Laban ang batchoy sa ramen kung susundin talaga ang ORIGINAL.
