It reminds me of the tree root jump outside Firelink Shrine in Dark Souls 3. You think there is no way it is even possible to make the jump until you somehow pull it off.

This cave is such a crazy detail for me, the weirdest thing is the fact either did a cave that goes beyond map bounderies on purpose or the map used to not end there(prologue theories) and they cut it short and decided to keep the cave glitch, and then added this guy to make a reference to the plato's cave that the game is within the cave, the out of bounderies is where you lose the "magic of the game" and go back to the reality of development

I've done this in my last 2 playthroughs ... and getting that timing of the jump down is no joke. Takes FAR too long for the 'reward' of getting up there, still fun to do though.

I stumbled upon this my first playthrough while I was out hunting, it was so cool.

it's like getting the last power cell in Horizon Zero Dawn so you can get that suit.

I saw another video about cave exploring, it involved turning down a volume setting and the cave still made a noise. In short the video said it was the souls of all those who died in the cave we hear and not wind

@@YodaClips Gavin actually exists. If you tie Nigel and loot him, there will be a Letter from someone that knows him and gavin. Its quite interesting. And also sugests that nigel is gay.

I tried and tried the jump. After seeing this, it is not worth the effort.

Why do you lose honor for killing " the devil" ? Does this mean the game developers are satanic ?

I remember when i found this. I spent 10 minutes trying to get up there. I got it though. Pretty cool spot!

I tried to jump off that rock a thousand times cause I thought I should be able to. Now I'm tempted to go back and try again now that I see others had the same idea and actually pulled it off! I just wish there was more in the cave worth seeing. 🙁

I did this 5 years ago I thought I needed to get the guy out and deliver to the jail … nope everyone goes nuts if you do this …

Getting up there is a pain. No kidding it probably took me a good 20-30 minutes of trying.

I gotta admit that I'm amazed by your work, but there's still one thing missing.. what's the story of that caveman? And another thing, I felt a little bit sad that there's nothing valuable.

Yes. I have returned three or four times, when he's done talking you always get one chance to response to him. I always antagonize. Hasn't amounted to anything yet. I have read that you can return five times and he will berate you each time, then he no longer responds. I do not know if this is true yet.

I think he looks like Wolverine from X-Men.

Ha! I thought that too, especially if you look at him from behind. Although you could also say his hair looks like horns hence his reference to the Devil. But that is a stretch.

​@@WingoTribe704 This is just my opinion, but i think game companies only update or add new content to games that make them a lot of money. No matter how amazing rdr2 is.. a lesser game like gta5 made more money because of the genre - thug game vs cowboy game. It's a real shame because rdr2 offer so much..

@@WingoTribe704 If you got a heart, then yes we all did shed a tear. I can't bare to see Arthur sick. I wish John was the one that passed and not Arthur. Sure I like John but Arthurs character hits different. There's many layers to Arthur. That's why i always keep a chapter 2 save. Also some of the other pose you'll never see again. So that's another reason for staying in chapter 2. There could be a million games made from now and into the future, and there'll never be another character that will ever comes close. Arthur isn't just a character but like a friend you once new in a different life time. A game that can make you feel lije tgat is a true master piece. There's always new things to discover and explore even though you clocked so many hours and miles.

I've never been there.

I found Devil guy by accident, I was hoping for treasure but got Lucifer instead.
