He had me at, "I see myself as a gnome. (laugh)" I just allow myself to cry tears of gratitude to know there are kind people across the world. I've watched this and your other films a few times as I live in a small neighborhood where there are some very nasty people who have targeted me and a couple others. For what? Life is so precious, so beautiful. I watch these films to keep my heart open, my hope intact and my mind calm. In that respect, I see that while it's difficult, my situation is a gift. I must make a choice. Who am I? What path shall I take when attacked? -- I choose love. And let me tell you Green Renaissance, these films remind me of my own heart. When it is so easy to fall into anger and thoughts of ill will, I will stay true to Love. -- Thank you for what you do.

I so relate to him…..people think I’m different because i like to be alone with my dogs and nature. It’s hard being around a lot of people. I feel so much love for him ❤️

Beautiful, beautiful man. I would happily sit for hours with pot of tea after pot of tea, or coffee after coffee at this man’s table, tapping into the wisdom and immense kindness in his heart. You cannot ever match the ferocity of giving and depth of kindness that comes from people who haven’t received it themselves. I totally understand this man when he says that he doesn't like crowds, but he does love people. I am like that too. People are great, but for some of us having a one-to-one conversation is much nicer and easier than being surrounded by a lot of people. I also liked the part when he said that birthdays are important. For some reason I've never been a fan of celebrating my own birthday, but this man made me think of the meaning of it. I think I will change my mind and start celebrating my own Birthdays with joy. So thanks to this man. Thank you GR! 💚

I would like to know this interesting gentleman! I agree with this wonderful man about crowds. I like people but do not like crowds. How does a person communicate with a crowd? Much better to sit and visit with people one at a time, get to know them, their joys, their sorrows. We are individuals and need to be recognized and related to one by one. I would love to visit with this fine man and to meet his pets and see his garden and look and marvel at tiny things like bugs! ❤

I literally cried throughout the whole video. It broke my heart when he said he thinks he's ugly. The way he talks about life and the small things in it, it's just beautiful. This video is just what I needed right now. Lately, I've been feeling these horrible thoughts of worthlessness and inadequacy, wondering what I'm doing and feeling so far from where I want to be. Today, I woke up and decided that I was going to have a good day. I took a long walk through the beautiful botanical gardens here in Tbilisi. There was nobody else around, and it was a wonderful, crisp, Autumn day. The fresh air felt like it breathed life into my soul. Taking the time to stop and smell the flowers, to breath in the sweet smell from the nature around me, it was as if all those negative thoughts were washed away. Nature has a way of reminding you what really matters in life. It's the little things. It's the magic that can be found in the bugs, the flowers, in this beautiful earth that gives us everything we need. I stopped and sat on a bench, just looking at the trees in silence for thirty minutes before moving on. If only we took the time to slow down and notice the little things, our lives would be so much fuller and happier. Not stressing about all the things that really don't even matter. I hope everyone watching this also has a wonderful day and will stop, slow down, take a breath, to look around and notice the beauty and magic that surrounds us. ❤

These videos and this channel have become so important to me- and for some reason I always find myself coming back to this particular video. There is something so warm and raw about his soul and he just radiates pure joy and wisdom. Everytime I watch this video I am reduced to tears because I'm reminded how precious it is to be human and have the ability to connect with another and nature. We are so unbelievably lucky to be here and this man encapsulates this so deeply. The simplicty in his philosophy of life is so admirable and we can all all learn to live simply, show kindness and give love. What a truly wonderful soul.

I believe that whatever one is surrounded with is an extension of one's soul. I look at that man's garden, the way he appreciates small things, his innocent and grateful heart, the art that comes out of him, the way he looks at his children and his laugh...everything is beautiful. Would many of us given him the time of day when he was younger..probably not. It's only as we listen to his & others stories that we realize the person they are. The Bible says that 'the ♡ is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked! Who can know it?'. Only God. We need new ♡'s..thats why Jesus said:'ye must be born-again '. Sin had to be paid for & that what Jesus did for us!! He took the wrath of God on our behalf..Oh what grace that saved a wretch like me! All that is required is belief..faith in what He said He did for us & who He is is. John 1:1-14 & 14:6, Colossians 1:12-18, Revelation 1. He is the beginning & the end, who was & is & IS TO COME. amen. If you don't know Him please cry out to Him to reveal Himself to you! I pray that this man find Christ as His Saviour. I know he has a beautiful contentment in life but still to know Jesus, the hope of glory is eternal. John 1:1-14 & 14:6, Colossians,1:12-18, Revelation 1. Genesis 1-2..Father, Son & Holy Spirit right at the start. God spoke the word 'Let there be..'

If only we could see people’s spirits instead of their bodies… although I don’t think this man looks bad. He has kind eyes and is quick to smile and that is better than what people perceive as handsome. He has a delightful personality. I guess in a way with your work we actually can see more of a person’s spirit than physical body. That makes me look forward to each video.

I want to tell him that every face has its own beauty, and he has wonderful kind eyes, and an infectious smile. Last comment. I really enjoy watching these videos, seeing how people live, their homes and their gardens. It is so refreshing. Coming from the USA where most everywhere, the homes are cookie-cut duplicates of design, furnishings, gardens, it is really refreshing to see free style homes, decor, and gardens. No expectations, and no pressure, only the way it works best for each person. Thank you for this.

Sometimes I feel like anyone looking at my life might feel sorry for me because I live such a quiet life. I am only 54 and have no problem meeting men... I’m just enjoying being by myself. I’m a loner and introvert mostly. The society is to busy for me. My joy comes from animals and nature and very simple things. This man is one up on me if he has visitors. 😂 it’s much easier to live our best life when we aren’t comparing it to societies ideas.

Wonderful story! He considers himself a gnome, he lives and loves the nature and is aging gracefully, he has a gentle soul, therefore I cannot imagine him being Grumpy! He doesn't like crowds of people, one at a time please! I can relate to that. It's easier to pay attention and welcome people then. He loves his children and he relates as a father to them. I feel the same way. I only recently discovered this you tube channel. Watching this channel brings about a different perspective ,respect and appreciation for life, wisdom of others. I has such a beautiful positive vibe.

It was sad listening to him recall that he was bullied when he was younger for his weight and he doesn't feel handsome or good looking. I thought the whole time listening to him that he smiled often and his eyes twinkled. Beauty is objective and his spirit did indeed seem beautiful. I fully agree with him there is magic in the little things and we need to appreciate them.
