An Introduction to Paolo Saracco and the world's best Moscato D'Asti

Meet Paolo Saracco, the fourth generation of a family winery known for producing some of the world's best Moscato grapes in the Langhe region of Italy, high in the hills of Tinella within the Asti commune. The quality of these grapes comes from the aromatic smell and the detailed attention Paolo gives to his vineyards. Some of his prized vines are over 40 years old and he sets the bar for most Moscato producers in not just the region, but the category of wine as well.
