Great video - very informative. I went to my first ever sugaring in Maine in late March. As a former Midwesterner, I had never seen this process. I always thought the syrup came out of the tree and people just bottled it. Wrong! Now when I have maple syrup on my morning pancakes, I have a much greater appreciation of what it takes to produce such a wonderful gift from Nature. Thank you, Scott - and all other maple syrup producers out there.
