@@amon__7187 Alex is usually more accurate tbh. I remember he was skeptical about Grandmaster ever since he was datamined while Cozy was giving it 5 star rating.

@@kickass2117They go back and forth tbh. Cozy is more about the crazy / intricate / surprising combos, Alex is more about straightforward play lines and power. Cozy can often more accurately predict the highs for more unique new cards that ask you to “build around” them, while Alex is more likely to be skeptical of those highs.

Just hit infinite with your “machine gun meik” deck. 8 cube wins with that deck feel fantastic. Thank you.

I’ve been having great success with Namora in a Thor, Beta Ray Bill, Jane Foster type deck as BRB can make the use the Namora Boost. Plus you can repeat it all by using Odin. For those of you that have seen the OTA leak, you’ll know that Werewolf will soon be a 3 cost again and also fits nicely into it too. With the junk being the counter to Namora, having the option to play Odin on turn 6 to send back any Goblins could win some games too!

That nocturne loss was so funny

I have to do some more testing and fine tuning, but i was having fun using her with a howard the duck/jubilee/iron lad deck. I do think that a lot of these new cards are just unfortunately hitting bad weeks for them, and i can only imagine how many Mobius M Mobius will be seen starting next weeks reset.

I love to have Storm in my Namora deck. It gave me many 1v1 situations and ended up winning because of the power from Namora.

While I admire the maturity involved to evolve your opinion of the card, I must say I am looking forward to the next SnapChat when Cozy rides you for your change of mind!

Having a lot of luck with Namora. I stuck her in an Ironheart/White Tiger deck and she does really well. Just like Ironheart and White tiger, she needs some mix of Wong, Mystique, Ab man, and/or Odin to really be competitive. Using Nightcrawler, Jeff, Killmonger, and Magic as buff targets but literally any card will work. I buffed a ninja to 58 power with this deck.

That Echo variant is so good!

I got black knight which was by far the best card that I'm missing, tokens and namora. Pretty successful week.

She's like an on-reveal ms marvel with the opposite prerequisites for activation. Pretty good card imho. Pairs really well with sage, too! I want her pretty bad but am saving up for Sasquatch. Cuz monkey decks are mah jam!

I wanted Black Knight but got her before him. Hopefully I can have fun with her.

US Agent would be a decent shout. Not in this doom version, but an 8 power Us agent? Seems good. The emotional damage on that destroy player 😂

The moment I read Nomara I called it broken. Got him day one made my own deck. Made a few adjustments and have no doubt in my mind that it's a 5 star card. Iront heart, Storm, Ms marvel, Capt Marvel. I got so many different combos and backup plans in this deck feels I have no bad matchups.

Namora is gonna work great with hydra Bob

Getting Howard the Duck out of caches this week feels extra bad. 4 keys down but at least I got my Black Knight and Namora looks pretty fun... Guess the Skaar variant is OK too.

I was a big believer in this card and I just couldn’t find a way to make her work semi consistently.

Ok, this deck is a blast to play. I did swap Echo for Nebula and Colossus for Valentina and I'm climbing. Stats aren't amazing and it's a small sample, but a 60% win rate and just over .5 cube rate. Namora onto Captain Marvel is kinda nasty

Colossus gets cut for Goose. Suprised that wasn't the go to anyways. Also Jean Grey in the Namora list to keep them in that Namora lane.

I'm relatively surprised that Namora is pretty alright! Wong/Namora/Odin is pretty great when it happens

I’ve been playing her with Werewolf by Night and Nocture/Jeff it’s been so much fun. Getting an 11 power Werewolf instantly is really great and sets up for a flexible turn 6. Also have you tried her with Nimrod? Electro on 3 into Nimrod Into Namora into Zola or Destroyer is insane. I love this card so much.

Love the open-minded approach to card assessment. Namora looks like a card that will shine once the junk meta recedes a little bit.

I want to try and use Skarr, black knight and namora in my discard deck but it’s probably not the best idea

I feel she would fit with a Destroyer deck....there's an idea here....

i think i’m gonna skip namora. i have been planning to save 4 keys for sasquatch and i foolishly went for sage and nocturne. luckily i got them both with 2 keys and i have been enjoying sage bounce decks. i think sasquatch is gonna be a good addition to that archetype so hopefully i’ll have saved enough keys for him!

Hey Alex do you know when the corvus and proxima midnight weeks are i was saving for both. I’m fairly sure i can still save to get them but i impulsively opened one cache and marvel snap forcibly crashed when i reopened the app it showed that i got namora the split second befor the crash. I’m still going to save especially because thena has gladiator.

I was a total pass on this card but after the review and seeing the deck in action. I now need to consider it. Gonna wait and see how the week plays out

I have 3 keys with not enough time to get a fourth. I already own Skaar and Havok. Should I go for Namora or Sasquatch? I really want Sasquatch just because I find him funny, not because I can actually play him with what cards I have in my collection.

Tried this quake instead of echo and it was too spicy for the pepper

2 cubes is 2 cubes, no guarantees of more no matter how likely. Always take the 2 cubes and move on to the next.

1. I also like Namora. it's a pure fun card. 2. It's cool that she creates a whole new deck with its own unique gameplay. 3. It is not an essential card and people don't need to burn 6000 tokens on her.

Namora. La niña que to tenia amoras.

I feel like she's a solid 3.5 and I have said for weeks that's she'll be slept on. Of course she has issues and weakness but every good card should be that way. Saying that I did pull a Thanos trying to get her. I've never been so disappointed getting that plum wrinkly ball chin before.

Will definitely still wait last day if she is worth picking up. She still doesn’t interest me. Not going to risk 4 keys.

Nocturne is too much like Scarlet witch in that she chooses a location to make you loose

Alex often has very good opinions about upcoming cards, but for some reason he just has a huge blindspot for cards that spread a bunch of power into every lane. Obviously Namora isn't going to be as good as Ms. Marvel was, but it feels like a similar oversight on his part.
