Which one is better fo performance the blue or the red? Im always drive fast.

Hey I just switched my ZF5 Speed to Amsoil Fuel Efficient synth ATF, and there is a noticeable smell to it. I can smell it when I'm driving, and especially when the transmission is up to operating temp. It smells like a mix of grapefruit juice and clutch. Is this bad? Transmission is in good shape and shifts nicely, but the smell is almost concerning

i have a 2005 05 honda accord 4cylinder with 191,000 miles, which one of these atf do u recommend? i do lots of stop and go driving in the city, i live in the Bronx.

With red cup ATF, i have accord 2008 v6.

How many miles will the blue lable atf last under normal driving conditions? Have a 14 Fusion

Here is what is stated on the data sheet: SERVICE LIFE Normal Service: Follow the vehicle manufacturer's normal-service drain interval. Severe Service: Double the vehicle manufacturer's severe-service drain interval. So if you fall in your owners manual severe service category you can double that. All of these you can extend significantly further with oil analysis and still be covered. Generally my customers state they go 60,000 miles or three years.
