Steve Ditko came up with the idea of web shooters, along eith practically everything as to Spider-Man. Stan Lee had merely came up with and re introfuced the concept of a teenage superhero with spider like qualities, that was previously explored with the character the Silver Spider, years prior tom Spider-Man. Steve Ditko is Spider-Man's main creator, despitr him and Lee's shared co-creator status and joint/co ownership.
