16:30 oh my god the fact that Tamara is not mentioning that the building they took over from was from National Commission of Human rights and the girls who took control of it vandalized and almost completely destroyed all the historical documents for almost a year and a half and then stole money from people in the streets to get money for their "movement" (there’s a video of them stealing even) made them criminals and people in the neighborhood were fed up from the extortion they were given.
