The football is really bouncy, so it's really hard to kill the momentum of the ball when you receive a long pass, the difficult also increases depending on the angle you receive the pass and with what part of your body you receive it. So some goals that seemed simple like the ones by bergkamp were really difficult and took a lot of skill.

Definitely content we enjoy and glad you're enjoying it too. Club football is where you'll see the best matches, simply because there's more of them played (in a non-tournament year, international sides might only play a dozen matches, and in a tournamnet year that only goes up to about 20 matches, but at club level you can play anything from 40-60+ games, depending on how far you can progress in different competitions). Perhaps you could pick a team to follow - the English Premier League is probably the best league to start with as it's recognised as the best/most competitive in the world - and follow your chosen team through a season - League matches, domestic Cup matches, European matches. I'd bet there'd be more than a few of us willing to watch you go on that journey. I know I would :)

Great seeing your reactions 😊 - funny how things that we just take for granted here in Europe and in many other regions around the World are very mysterious to people from other non-football cultures. ( The US is starting to catch up though, and now we are even getting MLS matches on cable TV late at night, where I live.) No, the socalled bicycle goals are not that common - maybe a few times pr. season in the individual leagues, so they are typically celebrated and admired even more than usual - as are free kick goals in in front of goal ( from a position 15 - 30 meters away typically) that are curled around or over a wall of defending players 10 yards (9.15 m) in front of the kicker.

One problem with just learning the rules is they can change often. The basic rules don't but the wording of the rules do and that changes things drastically. Bill Shankly is considered one of the best football managers ever. That backflip kick is can be called an overhead kick or a bicycle kick. It is tried often and many people attempt it every year, but actually pulling it off as well as that happens very rarely. All football players definitely are not as ripped as Ronaldo. He is at the top because of how hard he works and how well he keeps himself. This is the real beauty of football. You can be almost any size and you can still be really good at the game. It doesn't matter how muscular or tall you are. Some of the best players in the world have been 5'7 even.

The football world sends prayers as he is not too well at present kzread.info/dash/bejne/iYybmrJppZy9aaw.html

If you ever get over here to watch a live match may i recommend Selhurst Park, Crystal Palace has one of the best atmospheres i have ever known, not the biggest team but the fans are great. Not my team either.

Brazil were by the far the best team in the 1970s with their unique flair and skill. When they lost 7 - 1 to Germany in the world Cup, it was seen as a national tragedy.

The English Premier league is the most watched national league on TV around the world. Some English teams have 9 foreign players, and the standard is very high. The top teams are the two Manchester clubs - United and City, Liverpool, and 3 London clubs Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur ( Spurs ) and Chelsea

Bicycle kicks are extremely rare, that's why they're in the compilation. Also to be fair against the game you watch the goal Denmark made could have been in this compilation because it was absolutely beautiful in my opinion.

Most of the goals are not just goals it’s the story behind them, like the Aguero goal at 7:51 was the goal that gave Manchester City their first premier league trophy in 44 years.

I think you'd enjoy watching videos dedicated to single great players of all times. I think the greatest are well known and easy to fimd, I don't think there's the need to write a list (there are so many from all over the world!). The first I'd suggest to check for my country (Italy) is Roberto Baggio ❤️.

Pelé Brazilian footballer is talking at the beginning, you see film of famous footballers from various countries Eusebio from Portugal, Johan Cruyff Holland, Sir Bobby Charlton (he has dementia, i met him in 1988) Manchester United (1968 European Cup winner) and England (1966 World Cup winner) and Diego Maradona (I use to call him maradoughnut or maradruggie due to his size and use of drugs, he cheated at the World Cup in 1986 he put the ball in the net using his hand against England). Bicycle kick from Wayne who ate all the pies Rooney, he is Derby County manager now. Brazilian player scoring from a free kick.

Seeing somebody lose their shit over standard headers is the funniest thing xD Also, this appears to be a compilation of important/significant moments, rather than the actual best goals of all time, so it would work even better in the context of somebody with a pre-existing passion for the game. Surprised they left out Bayern Munich 1-2 Manchester United from 1999 though, as that was one of the most emotional and insane games of all time.

Bicycle kicks are relatively uncommon. For one, if anyone tries to use their head to get it away and your foot gets near them, it's a foul. Feet are supposed to be on the ground, bringing them up high creates a risky situation and is immediately your foul if anything even almost happens. Anyway, actually getting the ball where you want it with one is even more uncommon. Scoring a goal with one, rarer still. The guy who jumped out of the way of the shot? If he'd touch it, it would have been off-side. Headers (using your head to hit the ball) are a skill and an art by themselves. As is the free kick - you saw one in the beginning where it curved around the wall. bend it like Beckham.

3:55 I don't know why Rooney is always shown for bicycle kicks. Liverpool v Watford Emre Can from a Lucas pass in 2017. The angle of the pass made it more difficult and I know because I've scored a few bicycle kicks in my years (never in a real match, just to be clear) I know how the angle of the cross differs in your timing. 6:27 Roberto Carlos v France is probably the best goal I've ever seen, def the most memorable. 9:07 That commentary is in one of Nick Murray Willis' videos, I recommend watching him, they're short animated videos 9:50 is Maradonna v England in 1986 mixed with Messi (both are similar goals by Argentinian players) 11:00 is the greatest Champions League Final come back of all time, Liverpool v AC Milan, at half time it was Liv 0-3 Mil and Liverpool came back to 3-3 and won it on penalties
