It's Anette. The song is about Tarja Turunen, "Bye bye Tarja".
Yes, you got the theme right. It is one of the trilogy that deals with the Tarja fallout. This one is addressed at Tarja (have a read through the lyrics), "Master Passion Greed" at her husband Marcelo and of course, "The Poet and The Pendulum" deals with how it affected Tuomas. The all-female lineup in the video is a piss-take aimed at the fans who claimed that looks were more important than singing ability in Tarja's replacement. Nostalgia isn't what it used to be! It is Anette who had the misfortune to be in between Tarja and Floor. The J in Tarja is pronounced as we would pronounce a Y in English, but other than that, spot on.
