The Wolves chant against West Brom is favourite of mine; (to the tune of Always Look On The Bright Side of Life) "Always shit on the Tesco carrier bag! Na na. Na naaa, na na, na na!" When I was last in the US I went to a baseball game (for the novelty, hadn't been before and to be honest I didn't like it) and it was played before the match. I stood up to show my respect, so not sitting amongst everyone standing. I guess I may have stood out as I didn't have my hand over my heart as all else did, but then it's not my anthem.

As others have said these are for the England football team at internationals/tournaments where generally for a blissful period of weeks club rivalries are put aside (hence the flags during the national anthem of various club names on the St Georges flag) until inevitably the wheels fall off and club rivalries return with a vengeance over whose players were at fault. Club football though generally is the bread and butter of most football fans as a result the frequent passions, rivalries etc lead to more of the more colourful songs and chants shall we say haha. Cracking vid.

The last one is quite funny because it reminds me of my 7th birthday. My dad took me to see Tottenham vs Southampton in the 3rd round of the FA Cup at White Hart Lane. It was easier for my dad to get the tickets from a Southampton source (we were from nearby originally but had travelled down from Melton Mowbray, where we were living then), so we were stood in the Southampton end of the stadium. Being an 7 year old, wrapped in my Tottenham scarf, I got nicely caught up in some fun anti-Southampton chants (they were a little milder than some of these admittedly). The Southampton fans took it with good humour.

The Barmy Army (the Poms cricket supporters that travel with the Pommy team to our gorgeous island continent or our Great Southern Land) are fun, loud & entertaining but also annoy the fucken shit outta ya at the same time. I didn't get to this yrs ashes (which we won 4-0 pretty easily) test match in Sydney but the ashes beforehand in Straya at the Sydney test, day 1 was the day i introduced my aunty to the Barmy Army live as we only see & hear from them thru the telly usually, but my aunt was so infatuated by the Barmy Army that she spent the whole day watching & listening to them that i don't think she watched a full over once that whole day.
