I love seeing people's reaction when going back into the boys' early discography. Even after all these years, the talent is recognizable. And some people (including myself) start to love them even more. And as the years go by, the improvement these boys made becomes much more apparent and respected.

My fave part of this song is Jimin's part. " If you've done enough like me, throw that stone"... It's like saying before critisizing or hating on BTS be sure they experienced the same struggle BTS has gone through. And until now no body can throw that stone at them, cause nobody experience the hardships and the success BTS experience in the entire kpop industry.

This song is from their debut album "2 Cool 4 Skool", which has two singles: this one and "No More Dream". But also important is their unofficial single "Born Singer" (a reworking of J. Cole's "Born Sinner"), released one month after their debut. This song is very near and dear to BTS and ARMY. My favorite video of this is the stage compilation. There's also a recent performance in their set "Proof Live".

Incase you forgot: BTS is an acronym for Bangtan Sonyeondan, which translates to Bulletproof Boyscouts. They got made fun of for the name, but they absolutely live up to it. "We are Bulletproof pt 1" is a pre-debut song, and the 3rd in the trilogy "We are Bulletproof: The Eternal" is from a 2020 album, the song is a dedication to the relationship they built with ARMY.

Usher just so happens to be Jimin’s idol. The type of music he was into/influenced by, especially back then, was R&B/pop. You‘ll notice the guys’ influences are like mainly 90s hip-hop and R&B (including 80s). But you’ll hear more genres and styles in diff flavors as well since they are real lovers of music.

Love love love baby Bangtan. One of their best songs.

Their debut song "no more dream" is in the same lane and has very good meaning! Also I can recommend "spinebreaker", "silver spoon" and "no" if you want to see them address social issues If you just want to see their rappers be tough while also technically very very good, you can check "Ugh", Cyphers (best are 2-4, in the first they are kinda inexperienced and you can hear that), as well as "Outro: Tear", which is also rap, but much more personal. And thank you for the reactions, I really appreciate them and wait for them!

That's Hobi, a lot of people will tell you that he raps like he dances. It is as if he is dancing on the beat with his flows. All three in the rap line, RM, Hobi, and Suga, definitely know how to ride a beat!!! But with Hobi he has this different and unique signature. He does variations, he mixes in his melodic side, and he seems to love to try all diifferent kinds of flow changes, even within the same song. When Hobi raps you almost never know exactly what you will get, you may have an idea of some of what to expect, but he switches things up a lot, and continues to suprise us. Hobi truly gives such variety, and is extremely good at it coming from all different directions. He makes even flows that we might usually think are a bit odd, or a little off, sound great, and extremely creative in how he puts it all together. He is without a doubt one of my favorite artists!!!💜💜💜

I'm 47 from Chicago, and I grew up listening to all types of music. Then music got stale, and my daughter introduced me to BTS. They are humble, truly organic, talented, and open a lot of doors but still get that pushback, but they are bulletproof. They have been a blessing to others.

You can't decided your favorite song so easily from BTS.Any era you chose, there are tons of great songs and performance,even their pre debut. Please enjoy finding new favorite, again and again.Tha is the joy of BTSARMY.

BTS' debut era was something else. Their 90's gothic-hip-hop style was a little odd, but everything about the performance showed that these guys were well put together. You expect a new artist to have room for improvement, which BTS isn't exempt from, but compared to other groups they just had that "something different" that was needed.

Since you guys loved this so much, you have to see their live performance now! And their dance practice, since you like watching those, because they go hard! They’ve done it live different times throughout the years, so definitely watch the ones around the time this came out when they were younger. But one of my favourites has to be “we are bullet proof pt.2 live performance 5th muster” which is a lot more recent. Whichever one, they’re all good, but pleaaaase watch it live! 💜

No More Dream was their debut, this was 2nd but they're both off their debut album. 💜

2013 debut BTS were just incredible. They had been working so hard and were so sincere about everything they did. Jungkook, the youngest, was 15 then; Jin, the oldest, was 20. The quality they delivered was really outstanding. And the crazy thing is they still have the same determination and sincerity today, the only difference is that they aren't as desperate anymore. As they were from a small agency and had been attacked a lot, they were desperate to prove themselves and to prove others wrong. By now they have become secure in who they are as a team and as artists - but they have never ever become complacent or arrogant.

They were considered monster rookies for a reason. They came out the gate killing it.

JK showing his talents (rap, dance, vocal and magician) as a teenager certainly did not prepare millions of ARMY for his evolution.

Even in 2013 emerging from being trainees at a small corporation, BTS was receiving unwarranted hate from fans of that three-letter large corporation concept group which had debuted a year of earlier. *** out the gate was making a mark and their growing fanbase felt attacking even a small corporation rival was part of clearing the path for their group to rise even further and challenge the then kings of K pop, Big Bang, in the public's eyes. Add to this the ridicule that BTS's rappers were receiving for being Idol rappers and not being legitimate hip hop and it is easy to see how BTS from the outset elected to use music to clap back.

I love this song. Epic. I love BTS early discography. So much hip hop, funk and rnb ❤🎉 They came out swinging. Their very first year they still had some of the deepest lyrics. Like Tomorrow? Oompf. They performed this song again 2/3 years ago. The channel enjoy bts more has many lives with subtitles. 💜💜

They made this MV as "babies". Do you know that? They did NOT have money, girls, anything in the beginning. Their company almost went bankrupt. Just so you know this song is from the Korean culture. Nothing to do with U.S. bulletproof. No guns in Korean society. So it was an expression. They were "Untouchable" from any hate, rumors, non believers in their talent, and anything negative. When they began many believed they weren't singing. But lipsyncing. They started out HipHop, but grew out of it. They went through lots of phases. Note: I just found you guys. 2 videos I've watched. I appreciate your recognition of their talent! Enjoy your journey. I'm so glad more people will get introduced to them. You have no idea what you are about to discover. Why are they so good at dancing? When they first started, they had a hard time getting on music shows. They were NOT part of the 3 Biggest agencies. So their boss, Mr. Bang said...if we get a chance to be on stage, we have to do something that they will never forget. So he had them rehearsing all the time. They showed outstanding unforgettable perfect dancing! Remember, some of them were very young still in school. So they had homework too. And hours and hours of rehearsing after school. They became famous for their in sync dancing. Their creative moves and positioning on stage. They danced combos no one had ever done before. I found them on February 24, 2020 on the Jimmy Fallon show. They actually premiered "On" on his show at Grand Central Station in NYC. As a choreographer I was overwhelmed what I saw. I immediately started watching BTS on KZread every day. I NEVER saw a dance mistake until I had watched them for 6 months. My Opinion. The are The Best Dancers of any group of all time!! Their dance practices are so good because they have to show they have the dance down PERFECT because the next step is filming it for their official MV. Also, realize this. There are no lights, sets, costumes, camera edits or camera angles to distract you. You get to see all the details. Plus when you see the MV they have danced it many many times to get the perfect take. Their energy is never the same level as their final dance practice. I enjoyed your reaction. I'm here to watch your journey. Get to know them. Their names, their personalities, and their voices. Not only are they talented, they are nice, loving, caring human beings with no egos and no prejudices. You do realize they donated 1 million dollars to Black Lives Matter?
