LABRADOR RETRIEVER TYPES - 2 TYPES OF LABS

There are American (field trial line), English (show line) and British (hunting dogs from British lines).
We had an English Chocolate Lab he was build like a tank,big head shorter snout and thick tail just a beautiful dog. He died from a brain tumor just 8 years old i still miss him everyday. He was a good boy!!
I deliberately got an American Lab because I wanted a more athletic dog. My dog gets 3 hours of exercise each day and she’s the most lovable and sensitive dog I’ve ever had. She’s an absolute joy. I did have to train her out of chasing rabbits and deer but Labs are probably one of the most trainable breeds and she is very obedient.
I think the distinction should be show versus field dogs. My dog from Britain is a field lab.
I had a UK black lab growing up back in Nova Scotia, I don't see many of them here in Ontario. You should have emphasized the shorter snout...the UK lab has a far more boxy head, stouter build.. way better looking then the American one. You can see the difference.. you mixed both types in your video talking about the other one.. lol.

I agree, the English is better looking.
Labrador is it Canadian breed why is it being split to the American version in the English so they liked the lab 🤷
Labradors are Canadian origin so I would. change the title
British are field dogs, English are show and Americans are field as well
