Oh no! Sorry to hear that. Well I didn't end up getting sick from my meal. Though I did catch up on sleep to build my immune system :)

I always have Pepto Bismol and activated charcoal tablets on hand 🤓 Once you start feeling a bit weird, take the charcoal tablets - that usually fixes things right up. If not, it’s onto the Pepto Bismol. And if that does work … Good luck with the immunity boosting phase 😜

I would worry about salmonella rather then the ants
