Breath girl and relax I have this kit the press head and base are marked the E is marked for eyelet and the H is marked for head it’s engraved on the replacement 😂 I love this tool I haven’t had a problem with it since I bought it off Amazon give yourself time to get use to it and you’ll eventually will enjoy using it for paper crafting etc

Thank you for the video I just ordered the same kit and received it today. Just like you, the plastic ones worked fine, but the metal ones did not. It crimps the little post and distorts it, anyhow, I was wondering if you ever figured out a way to make them work. I still will keep the kit because I like all the plastic buttons so thanks again!

Sorry for the late reply! I haven't been on youtube lately. I could never get it to work properly but we did sand the inside of the heads so the buttons don't get stuck again.

I have this. I have not been successful with even one snap. Very disappointed!
