So cool man. I don't care what kind of fishing it is...fly fishing here in Montana, or giant prawns in Indonesia...I love seeing other fisherman on their home water.

I used to go to a beautiful restaurant in Chumphon which was on a large lake and you were given a fishing rod and they would cook the fantastic prawns you caught from your table that were in the lake and believe me there is no prawn that tastes as good as one you have minutes before hooked out of the water

What stunning surroundings you have there! I bet they're lovely grilled!

Very good technique, also very strange to me because where I catch them near my home water is 250-300 ft deep

you would never be able to get me off of the water. fishing for fish is fine, but all you get is fish. fishing for shrimp?! YES!!

There is a bayou right here in La Porte TX full of these Giant blue clawed prawns. Threw a minnow trap in one day with dog food trying to catch mud minnows for bait and caught a whole trap of prawns instead. I think someone must have lets some prawns go in the bayou at one point and they multiplied. They are not native to this part of the continent

Like I was saying, shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can boil it, broil it, sauté, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, shrimp kabobs, shrimp soup, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes....well that's, that's about it.

We grew these in ponds here in the USA. Lots of work feeding and keeping water just right. I never thought to use a tiny pole to catch them. They were very good to eat also mmmmmmmmm.
