I am so glad I found your channel because salads are speaking my language! Love to have a variety of different ones to choose from since I eat salads every day as my main meals. I procrastinated growing a garden in my backyard. I have one at a community garden but nothing like going in your own yard to harvest your veggies. 😊

It helps to rinse the kale again, after cutting. It takes out the bitterness. I will have to try the lentil salad.

So, I eat pretty much the same Fuhrman salad every day for lunch.... but this video has inspired me to switch it up!!! Every one of these salads looks BOMB DELICIOUS!! Thanks so much :)

Hello Chanty!! I just found your channel and have been binge watching all your videos. I love watching you. You’re easy to listen to and are so upbeat. 😊. I have suggestion for a video. It would be nice to see how you use all the food you prep in a meal plan for the week. It would give people who are new to plant based eating a map of how to get all the nutrients in each day. Anyway, keep up the good work!!

Thanks! It’s a nutribullet prime I bought it because it had a higher watt motor and it came with a stainless steel cup! I like it a lot for blending small things like dressings!

Nice recipes but I would buy some beautiful ceramic bowls including black to showcase your food.

How about water sauteing the kale and garlic? That'd both warm and soften the (now much tastier) kale.

Thank you! I have a net I put over it to keep squirrels out but as for pests I still have a bug/ aphid problem sometimes!

I don't use the oven when it's hot....

Avocado: TBH…it looked good. Do avocados go bad if they don’t turn brown?

It had a big moldy spot at the top and it smelled rotten 😖 you couldn’t really tell on camera!

Just watched a video whereas the chef said to put a whole fresh lemon in with your stored avocados and they keep a lot longer…..
